Millennial here 👋🏽 Year 3000 - Jonas Brothers? You Get The Best of Both Worlds - Hannah Montana? Zoopals - animal paper plates Webkinz - stuff animals that you could enter into the website to play with online
The millennials in this video grew up renting dvds from blockbuster, maybe heard dial up noises when they were very young and certainly did not use rotary phones
This was way more fun than I thought! There should be a compilation of reactions for when they're all told the answers to the questions. Probably would have been satisfying for me as well who still has absolutely no idea what Webkinz or ZooPals is. It was also a little misleading: the "Millenials" vs. "Gen Z" labels at the top of the video. Like, I understood the Millennials were answering, but it's a Gen Z phrase/thing
So what were the answers to 'Year 3000", "Best of both worlds", and the two fingertips touching?! The little bell didn't chime for any of them so presumably nobody had the right answers . . . ?
Would love to see more of these, maybe even bring in people from different generations and do a fun little tournament between gen Z, millennials, gen X, and boomers. Gen alpha is too young
I’m an in betweener, and I feel like the questions for Gen Z were way easier. Much more widely known things, or obvious ones like rotary phone (rotor easily gives that away). For the record I agree that millennials didn’t use rotary phones. Just corded phones, and early wireless home phones that went on a charging base. But my point was, the word ‘rotor’ will obviously give away that it’s a phone with some kind of rotating mechanism, and obviously a spinning dial is the only logical choice.
Gogurt, Simp, and rent free are not Gen Z things LMAO Rotary phones aren't millennial things either. I would have really liked an explanation for the ones no one got.
As a gen Z zoomer, I think simp and rent free are definitely things you could consider as being big in our generation, even if it’s not where it originated. Agree that gogurt didn’t make any sense. Also, webkins were stuffed animals that you could use a code to get the sane one in a virtual game. Year 3000 is a Jonas brothers song, best of both worlds is from Hannah Montana, the fingers is like a shy person pleading for something
I watch every one of these videos, but none have made me feel old. I hate this lmao I'm only 29 ffs, but wow this was wild. they knew nothing, it felt awful
At this point if you're still listening to Joe Rogaine you basically have to be a simp. There are so many better podcasts out there that don't focus on the victimhood of being a white male.
Too bad JME practices age discrimination and has ZERO Gen X employees, on camera anyways. We would have won because we lived most of this with children and grandchildren.
The fact that no one knew Webkinz or ZooPals makes me very sad but also makes me contemplate my life
Those two are about the only ones I didn't recognize haha. That and "year 3000"
I had to google those tbh
What are they?! I have no clue. Haha
@@DaddyRatchet23 year 3000 is a Jonas brothers song
@@flyingblind5677 augh, I thought that was Conan O'Brien.
I'm Gen X, and "Be Kind, Rewind" really hit me in the feels.
Being born in 1997 I was familiar with almost all of these. Love my generation ♥️
u get it
Same
i feel so seen thank you
96-97 club. We’re the coolest
"oh that thing from Toy Story!?" Thanks Zo, I feel 9001 years old...
Cool video ! It would be cool if you guys would cut to a clip of what you’re referencing after the guesses.
You gave rotary phones to millennials? How old do you think we are? haha fun video
Millennial here 👋🏽
Year 3000 - Jonas Brothers?
You Get The Best of Both Worlds - Hannah Montana?
Zoopals - animal paper plates
Webkinz - stuff animals that you could enter into the website to play with online
Ahh memories
Kenobio's first definition of simp should have been accepted, and also "touching tips" that was clearly docking
I went docking as well... as the answer, not as an activity, tyvm.
This reminds me of the time I went to the year 3000.
Not much changed, but they did live underwater.
As a 98 baby this was pretty frustrating how most things went unknown 😭😭 how have y’all never seen Be kind Rewind!!!!!
I wanna hear more about that Jay Z concert from the dude in the boxing T-shirt, that story sounded interesting
The millennials in this video grew up renting dvds from blockbuster, maybe heard dial up noises when they were very young and certainly did not use rotary phones
👉👈 being guessed as “touching tips” and “you go both ways” is WILD!
Maybe in the future you could also tell them/us where the reference means or what the thing is if they get it wrong?
Go-gurt isn’t a Gen Z thing at all. I was born in ‘88 and that stuff was all throughout my childhood
So what were the answers to 'Year 3000", "Best of both worlds", and the two fingertips touching?! The little bell didn't chime for any of them so presumably nobody had the right answers . . . ?
Year 3000 is a Jonas brothers song, best of both worlds is a Hanna Montana song, and the fingers basically means to plead for something
Dial up meaning get hype is great, someone steal that
dude why did taylor and kyle get cut out from this vid wow
I'm liking these little random content videos with everyone from the office
Could’ve used a little description of the right answers, but fun game
Would love to see more of these, maybe even bring in people from different generations and do a fun little tournament between gen Z, millennials, gen X, and boomers. Gen alpha is too young

That Rogan comment was weird…. That guy must be so fun
Best of both worlds is a Van Halen song. Why are you booing me I’m right
Who produced this and just didn't give the correct answer to these?
Touching tips lmao
Dont tell jake these terms cause he’s going to be dropping these in the pods now😂
My best guess for Webkins and Zoopals would just be neopets
Rony wise beyond his years
Pax is fucking crushing it.
Well done Paxton!!
TIL I'm older than everyone at jomboy media
Gen Z got the most softball questions imaginable
Big fan of this channel ever since the rebrand!
Limewire pfft, kazaa ...ok I can't remember how it was spelt is where it was at
we get it. You guys want to get the gen z crowed.
YT algo snatchin these comments. 24 submitted, 5 showing. Really makes you think.
Rony and a few others were actually young millennials
5:08 those animal plates
Go-gurt has been around for a good 20 years…
We got ice got snubbed of some points forsure 😂
maybe I'm just a lil different, but I'm born in 2000 and I could've gotten every one of these
Gogurt, Simp, and rent free are not Gen Z things LMAO Rotary phones aren't millennial things either.
I would have really liked an explanation for the ones no one got.

Shocked at the lack of Webkinz knowledge.
Jack and Zo are so cute
Doesn't the👉👈 finger thing mean someone is shy? I vaguely heard that from somewhere, altho, I'm usually fairly outdated with my emoji meanings.
Yeah, it’s like a shy person asking for something and saying pretty please
Paxton: I’m obsessed with looking younger!
Everyone: No shit *rapid skip*
Needs a part two, what kind of millienal used a rotary phone lol
How does Jake look like the youngest one here?
Why didn’t Dan get a point for the simps thing?
Year 3000 is Futurama right??
They were going for that it’s in a Jonas Brothers song.
I think it’s a Jonas Brothers reference
I woulda said Jonas brothers
Jonas brother
Jonas Brothers??
Can't believe no one knew Hannah Montana
Why does Jack look like a homeless person?
If you’re born in 97 98 you get the best of both worlds
I watch every one of these videos, but none have made me feel old. I hate this lmao I'm only 29 ffs, but wow this was wild. they knew nothing, it felt awful
Paxton looks gen x
What about neopets
But Simp being someone that listens to Rogan is correct. Should’ve gotten a point.
Doesn’t even make sense
At this point if you're still listening to Joe Rogaine you basically have to be a simp. There are so many better podcasts out there that don't focus on the victimhood of being a white male.
Good one
Why are Jack and Zo always together? I feel like that’s getting a little weird.
What the hell does 👉👈 mean?
I HATE BEING A ZILLENNIAL i knew what all these were
Millennials still under-achieving as always.
Pax is killing it
A simp is someone who listens to Joe Rogan? Wtf
Have no clue what zoopal and webkinz are lol it makes sense millennials did better
Too bad JME practices age discrimination and has ZERO Gen X employees, on camera anyways. We would have won because we lived most of this with children and grandchildren.
Chris Rose is a cornerstone of their big events, so come up with some other excuse to feel bad about yourself.
