When I was a child, I too was shy. I talked with my friends but in presence of adults or other people that I didn't know, I was afraid to speak or to show off in some way, Over the years I've corrected this aspect staying with people as much time as possible and over time I have improved my behavior in social relations. For which, if I should give an advice to other shy people, it is to try to spend a lot of time arounded by people and to try(little at a time) to interact with them. I'm a shyness person. I think it disavantage when we work. I have to spend more time to acquaintance news people. I'll try improve this character ^^

I know what you mean. I'm a shyness person too, this give me a lot of problems to learn English or any other language because I can't implement everything I had learned. For example, I get good grades in my written exams but not in my oral exams and presentations. It's very frustrating sometimes.

I am also a shy person because in my class our teacher takes seminar in every semester at that time I am unable to give seminar because of my fear and shyness.
I think shyness is drawback in our day to day life because if we want to be success and want to be different from others then we have not to got scared and not to think others but I am struggling to overcome this fear but I am not succeed yet. If person know feeling a shy is the signal of a good person. Before I was shy to say that " love you " a pretty girl in my class in Vietnam. That meant I lost girl even though I know she liked me so much. Sometimes I focus my story to speak to my self is a stupid man.
