  • Rollup Columns (previously called Rollup Fields) are a great tool when you need to add, count, or otherwise aggregate data from multiple Dynamics 365 CRM records. For instance, if your VP of Sales wants to see total estimated revenue of open Opportunities for an Account, we could create a Rollup Column for that.
