or not. And make no mistake: Obama had the thinnest resume of any major party
candidate going back to 1789. Even thinner than JFK's, but he, at least, was a war
hero and had written a Pulitzer-Prize winning book.
Society knew a long time ago that hiring the most qualified is the best solution.

BIPOC are overrepresented by over 100%.
The FAA is, as stated in this video, at only 75% staffing for controllers. Being an Air Traffic Controller is a very stressful job. There was a RUclips channel where both husband and wife were Controllers, and both were working 6 days a week. That's not good. I also get aviation related content, and things like Runway incursions, where one aircraft taxis onto a runway that's in use by another airplane, landing or taking off, is on the rise. This is partially to blame on the lack of air traffic controllers.
The FAA made a huge mistake, and I hope this lawsuit brings back qualified controllers to keep our skies and our airports safe.
But at least we have Pothole Pete, when he's not on vacation or family time, to use his VAST expertise protecting
us from racist bridges to ride his bicycle from his SUV convoy, to show up a year late to the accident.
Imagine replacing "the class was too white" with "the class was too... [insert minority]" 💀🤡🤣

Whoever passes the test and has the best score Wins the job,, and as far as your test scores,, seventy. Percent is 30% < 100%. I really don't care if seventy percent is considered a passing score,, I am going to hire the guy or girl that has 100% .. One hundred percent of the time...!!!!!!!!!!

Well you have to look at who's working in HR doing the hiring to make it fair. And I agree it should be who has the best grades, scores and abilities.

Well I'm too poor to fly so I'll take that as a plus for me.
🤖 Took the FAA test in the mid 80's and scored a 96. One of the gentlemen giving the test said I had no chance of being hired because I was a white male. He also told me that black and Hispanic women were automatically given 25 extra points due to their ethnicity. It was at that point I knew discrimination was going to be used against me for the rest of my life when applying for government jobs.
How do you have to have faith that the US landed on the moon? It's not like we only landed there once. The US has landed six manned missions on the moon, that goes passed faith.
Over 30 years ago I wanted to be a firefighter for our city. Pay and benefits were very good so they had hundreds of applicants even women. Problem is none of the women passed the physical so they sued and were able to take a watered down test and got in. I'm not the biggest or strongest person but I passed the test but never was hired because they had to make room for the women. That's DEI.
I remember a photo from a fire in San Francisco in which people died,
after they lowered the strength requirements. It was of two female
firefighters carrying a tiny old woman down the stairs.
Old-line firemen got in trouble for having an underground newsletter
in which they called DEI hires, "oxygen caddies." That's because, after
they realized that the diversity hires were costing lives, they left them
outside to administer oxygen.
They live their fake lives and this guy sold his as!😅
When I am. flying I want the best person in the tower. Not someone who ticks the boxes.
And as the two aircraft explode over the runway everyone can die knowing the Air Traffic Controller checked all the feel good DEI boxes on the application.
If they only had a box for competence...
Being an air traffic controller is one of the most stressful jobs there is. They are watching 100s of planes. They have to know where they are, where they are going, and at what altitude to prevent collisions. On top of that is everything constantly changes. Planes land, new planes take off or come on the screen constantly. They have to keep up with this moment by moment. When the shift changes, they don't get up and turn it over to the next person. They stay until the other person knows where all the planes are and has a handle on it.

They did the same to my dad going into med school back in the 70s. Students with lower test scores and grade bumped other people...just because they were white. My dad was from a dirt poor family. They had no electricity, water, or plumbing in the late 60s. He went to college at 18, had a baby, a job, and excellent grades. But he was white.

I guess I am crazy.. I actually liked Nevada weather. I still haven't forgotten, when your on the top deck of the bus in Vegas... you can see over the McCarren airport fence. Watch the planes taxi out.... I had to ask someone... what is that one plane with a black stripe on it... no markings... very odd. They said it was the Area 51 staff plane... and that is where I left the questioning. They don't mess around with THAT security. I am so white and average, I was waiting in the airport for my roomate to come back.. the plane was delayed, legit. It would take longer to leave and come back with traffic and parking.. so I just toured the gift shop and looked around the huge airport. I didn't think it was suspicious.. till someone came up to me, feet away.. calling me be a different name... ooppss, not me.. I guess I look like a lot of other average guys. once was, normal weird... the second time after an hour had passed... I was pretty sure they were doing a security check on me. All GOOD by me, glad to know they were "on the safety job". I am no threat... but what if... I forget in my older age... I could be anyone. memory is fuzzy.. did it happen a third time that same wait? I know for a fact it happened twice... bet they have the video or records. LOL. and weed is legal now... wonder if I will ever get back there to visit.? No clue.

I traveled for work 15 uears ago flying over 40 times a year. You won't see me getting on a plane anytime soon. Things happened then, and are way worse now. Planes fallimg apart in mid air, runway mishaps, and lack of air traffic controllers. Then you have the people who throw a tantrum because someone wears a TRUMP hat. 😂🤣😂
