I just passed with above target in ALL 3 domains and it was 100% due to this incredible instructors RUclips and his exam simulator. I paid $1200 for a class with another vendor and would have never passed without this additional work! I wish I would have done Andrew’s class instead but thankfully the RUclips videos and the simulator was enough! The mindset and the way he explains how to rule out answers on the questions was all I needed! I finished with over an hour left in my exam!!!! Thank you SO much Andrew!!!!!!!

    Dear Andrew,
I just wanted to say a BIG THANK You for your role in helping me achieve my PMP certification with All 3 domains ABOVE Target. Your practical approach and focused teaching style made a complex subject much easier to grasp. I especially appreciate how you emphasized the exam techniques that proved invaluable on test day.
I had purchased your 35 hrs training session in Udemy and then 12 hours review session and exam mock simulator in Udemy. Watched your videos on RUclips. And I was wearing BLUE on exam day! Your Mindset explanation videos helped me a lot. I have already recommended many of my friends.
Your commitment to our success was clear in every session, and I feel incredibly lucky to have learned from you. Thank you for your dedication and for going above and beyond to support me.
    Warmest thanks,
    Sumeet Patil

This video was super helpful, and completely correct about the 2021 PMP exam. I watched this yesterday morning prior to taking my test in the afternoon and went from barely passing the practice tests to scoring above target on the exam. Just go in with the mindset “what would a servant leader do in this situation?”

Who is watching this the first time after passing the PMP exam like me? Somehow I missed this video but I have Andrew's book that the only pages I read before the exam were the MINDSETS for traditional and agile PMs. With that and the tips in this video, you can breeze through about 75% of the 180 questions in this exam. With preparation on Agile Manifesto and knowing a few of famous principles like Tuckmans and Myers Briggs, you should be all set. Don't need to memorize any definitions or formulas, that's so CAPM.

All situational questions that asks what the PM should do next or should do first. The concepts you described are spot on and very helpful to eliminate at least two of the answer choices. No math questions and one click and drop question on my exam. Thanks again!!

Hi Andrew. I just took the PMP today and passed AT in all 3 areas! Echoing everyone else's sentiments - Thank you so much for your videos and this one in particular! This mindset applied in over 60% of all questions. It was very easy to eliminate 2/4 incorrect answers on just about every question. But the remaining 2 were often very close and sometimes confusing. But applying the mindset (even on non-agile questions) allowed me to choose the correct answer with good confidence. Thanks again!
