You have to admit that watching this you can see there is a difference between doing the job vs working hard and going the extra mile. Those “ EDUCATED” girls were complaining about their jobs and learned to do “ the job” there were assigned while looking down on her. This is one of the best rich guy/poor girl stories I've seen. The main reason is that Sa-rang is extremely confident in herself and doesn't feel inferior to anyone, even the guy.
