I get crashes and latency on my oneplus 7 pro, the app after a while of being installed it would crash in the Activision logo. Mine is a 8gb ram, do you think that has to do with the crashing?
@iMOBAYup I fixed the latency with a VPN and thanks to that the crashing is less often and the crashing in the beginning it has to do with how my phone is rotated when I open the game. If it doesn't open with the phone being straight then I put in on its side and it opens, same goes if it doesn't open with the phone being in its side the I open the app with the phone straight and it opens. Really stupid bug but at least I got around it without needing to reinstall the game.
The only problem now is in BR, either the character gets stuck in a object or the screen starts flashing white which if I try to restart the game it removes me completely out of the match I was in when I try to reconnect to the match.

I have to say the op7 pro is a absolute best for gaming I had the phone since it came out an wouldn't begin to think about getting a different phone I love it
