Hello, VW car has a distinction between high and low configurations (depending on whether there are buttons on your car's steering wheel). Those with buttons are considered high configurations, while those without buttons are considered low configurations. The power cable connections for these two configurations are not the same. If your cable is connected incorrectly, radio may not shut down. Please refer to the advertisement image of your purchased radio, which will have connection instructions. Regarding the connection issue with Carplay, please check if you have connected the reverse cable of the radio. It has 2 antennas on top that can enhance Bluetooth and WiFi signals, so this cable must be connected!
My Carplay doenst work that good i have to click every time that when i torn on the car that inam connected automatically how can i change it that it wil connect automatically?
You need to always keep your phone's Bluetooth and WiFi on, so that when your phone approaches the radio and Bluetooth pairing is successful, it will enter the Carplay interface
@@Grandnavi Sometimes i am in the connecting screen waiting for 5 minutes + till it connects sometimes i does not connect and sometimes it connects. Do you know how i can fix this that it connects quickly? Thx

Have you connected the reverse camera cable behind the machine? There are 2 antennas on this cable that can enhance Bluetooth and WIFI signals, and it must be connected!
@@Grandnavi have the same problem.Have the reverse camera cable and wi fi and bluetooth always on and doesent connect.is there any options that we have to enable or something?

hi, when vehicle is on reverse the radio stop and try to connect with the rear parking camera (and i have no camera installed) . how can i turn it off in order to continue listen the radio? thanks
You can directly cut the reverse cable on the power cord, which is usually marked as Back or Reverse.If you are unable to confirm which cable it is, please contact the customer service of the purchased store to inquire!

If you want to fix the color of the button light, please open the Color app and long press the circle in the middle for about 5 seconds. After releasing your finger, the color of the button light will be fixed. At this point, you can change the color of the button light by clicking on other colors to set your preferred color. If you want the button light color to change, you can press and hold the circle in the middle for about 5 seconds again, and the button light color will automatically change.
