This video was fun to watch! I just got a Platinum TL18 for Christmas and I'm sew excited!! Thank you for helping hubby surprise me!! 1. My favorite video was Ways to Use A Laser Light Guide. I have one that I bought a while ago, but I've been kind of intimidated to set it up and use it. After watching Boki, I remember why I was so excited when I bought it! And, she gave more ideas that I'm going to try and she helped me think of a few other ideas! 2. I would like to see videos with tips on using your TL on a quilt frame. 3. My sewing advice is quilting related... if your rotary cutter blade is skipping parts or even single threads when cutting, and ESPECIALLY when you have to press harder or start "hacking" when cutting with it, it's time to change your blade.Just do it. Use a plastic cottage cheese, margarine, or hummus container to hold old blades, needles, bent pins, etc. (a two-fer ;) )
Thank you for this fun video! 1. My favorite video this year is: How to achieve the perfect tension. 2. I would love to see videos of what the computerized machines can do sewing apparel. 3. My sewing advice is "only buy your tools once", meaning buy good quality notions and make sure to use correct needles for different fabric types.
1. I have to agree w/David - I enjoyed the in depth TL accessory video. 2. I would like more in depth videos on the operation of the DX4000. 3. My tip is that when I'm working on a pattern I will make notes and check off steps with a Frixion pen. When I'm done with the project I iron the pattern paper and all my scribbles and temporary notes disappear and I have a clean pattern for next time.
As one of your customers I recommend your business to everyone that's interested in sewing. Cough, cough I might have been the person that left with a DX5 and an upgraded serger. And yes, I love both of them! My favorite video this year was the TL accessories. And now I need a video on serger accessories. For a sewing tip, I suggest that all of us relax and trust the process. I've sewn several projects that I just knew were headed to the trash but I kept following the instructions and when I was done I had a new bag, or dress or pants. My sewing club loves all of you and really enjoy our occasional visits. But... I gotta quit leaving with 2 new machines! LOL
1. My favorite video this year is the TL comparison video. 2. I will always like more quilting tips and tutorials for my TL-18QVP. 3. A sewing tip would be not to get in a rush. Take your time while first learning.
1. My favorite video was the TL accessories video. 2. Would love to see more videos with the industrial machines, especially the cylinder arm. 3. Press, Press and more pressing makes your finished product so much better and polished!
1 - Favorite video this year - the needle one. I had only used Organ universal needles since that came with my TL. I had no idea there were so many different and better kinds. 2 - I’d love to see a video on how to actually use a serger, not just thread it. And all the ways you can use it for different projects. 3 - My sewing tip - walk away when you are getting frustrated. Come back later with fresh eyes and a fresh mind.
Thank you Juki Junkies for helping me with all things Juki!!! ❤❤❤ 1) Favorite video of this year is the comparison video of Juki TL machines. You guys helped me decide which one to buy and I have no regrets! 2) Two things here: more videos of actual in-use, hands on sewing using sergers AND Juki TLs. I like seeing more help with tension adjustments and such. Second, better organizing your playlist videos please!!! 3) My best sewing tip is: if you don’t know how to do something, google it OR ask a well seasoned sewist!
1. Favorite video - TL accessories for bag making 2. Would like more videos on the cylinder arm industrial machine. I am going to order that machine next year. 3. Sewing tip - try to have a dedicated space for sewing in your home. You will spend more time sewing if your machine is readily available
1. Favorite video as a new Juki owner, accessories for my TL-18. 2. Would like to see more instructional videos on bag making using vinyl (thread, needles, tension, etc) 3. When you have an area left open for turning, create a 90 degree turn at the start and stop of the seam.
1: Best way to Oil your machine March 25, ‘24 2: Demonstrate free motion quilting on TL series 3. Use garden gloves with rubber finger tips or grip dots to help guide slippery fabrics.
Thank you for these videos. 1 Favorite video is accessories and use. 2 I would love more videos on bag making using TL 18, especially with information of what thread and needle to use for the fabric or vinyl used for the project. 3 Tip - clean and vacuum your machine after you complete a project.
1- love all your videos but the TL accessories was awesome. 2-would love more videos on the 1541S. 3-tip sewing does sooth the soul. Enjoy the process.
Great video today. My favorite video is the tl comparison. It helped me decide what to buy. I want to see sew alongs and live shows. My sewing tip is attach a led light strip to your machine to be able to see better all the time. Keep up thr great work!
Bought the TL2010Q and a serger on your Black Friday sale. My tip is I highly recommend everyone get the LED light strip and an extra bobbin case for when you use Tex 70 threads. My sewing tip is to be sure to use the right needle for the job. My favorite video is this one since you are doing trivia and we are getting to know you better. I would love to learn more about how to free motion quilt. Must add, I am in love with the Glide thread. Love your stories too!
I’m a TL-18 owner, as you can see from my answers! LOL 1. My favorite 2024 video is Boki’s Every TL Accessory for Bag Making. 2. I’d like to see bag making themed videos, like simple pattern modifications, how various interfacings are used, etc. 3. My tip is to use auto detailing painters tape (comes 1/16” - 1/2”) to help maintain spacing for casings or multiple rows of top stitching.
1. Favorite video would be the TL accessories for bag making. 2. I’d love to see Boki do a garment making video. 3. My other machine is a Bernina. I love it EXCEPT when I need to topstitch with heavy thread. Berninas do not like heavy thread! So my tip is: when garment sewing, I use both machines. My Juki top stitches with no issues at all and I get beautiful results!
1- TL accessories (love love loved it!) 2- Recently bought a TL machine. Anything would be great. I want to learn all the nerdy things about my machine. 3- My tip kinda ties in with the first question. Let your sewing feet/tools “do the work”. Makes projects go much easier… and the pinpoint oiler is perfect for reaching in the bobbin area. It’s so precise!
1. Favorite video from this year has to be the Juki TL Comparison video! I watched it quite a few times before purchasing my Juki TL 15 and I found it to be super helpful when deciding which version to get. 2. Video idea: Maybe an overview of some of the notions/fun stuff offered on the Juki Junkies site and what your favorites are? 3. I'm newer to sewing but my favorite tip so far is to use starch when pressing! It makes my seams so crisp ✨
This was a fun video! I love the Q & A - great idea 🥰 1. My favorite video from 2024 was the "4 ways to sew zippers" It all made so much sense in my brain - great job on that one Boki! 2. My video idea for 2025 is self-serving, I would like an in depth video on at home maintenance for the HZL-F-600. I can't find a local technician in SC that can service my machine and I just do the minimal that I can do without screwing something up. This machine makes some weird noises but stitches beautifully 🥴 3. My sewing tip, for quilting, would be iron, iron, iron..... yes, I am one of those people 🤗. I feel like I get better results when I iron my seams and things just lay better to stitch together.
1- loved the TL Accessories video, 2- would like to see a video on tension adjustments for the TL series when using clear and jelly vinyl. 3- tip use double sided tape to help hold vinyl pieces in place
My favorite video is the TL accessories for quilters. I would love to see different Q/SAL's whether quilting or bag making and my sewing tip would be to use washi tape on your ruler to mark the measurements you need to cut.
1) Favorite video this year was the laser light. I got one (actually 2 from JJ- oops) for Christmas and the video was super helpful! 2) Video I would like to see is Boki back doing lives- I miss lives. It was saving me money until I missed projects and Boki collabs and joins subscription boxes. They aren't the same 😩 3) Sewing tip-Follow JJ or watch videos! Super helpful!!
I refer to the 1541S video all the time, I want to see more videos on the C arm I'm so tempted to buy one, Pins , pins pins when quilting it really makes a diference with square lining up. I love all your videos I refer back to Juki videos more than any other RUclips. I love the thought about someone coming on that does leather work
1 - TL accessories video -- great job!! 2 - I have a TL and a Miyabi (on 10 ft frame)...would love to know more tips and tricks on the Miyabi...I also have QCT. 3 - Tip - read the manual and watch videos for things you don't do often...e.g. adding a zipper...it's important to have the right foot, needle, and thread. I also love, love, love the Glide thread.
1) favorite video was going over the computerized models. 2) id like to see Gigi’s retail. 3) sewing tip “use the iron” for the professional finish. Yes, more sewing
My favorite would be all the videos on the TL machines, I think I learn something new on each video. I would like to see sewing techniques on the TL. And the best tip I have ever used is nesting your seams.
It’s hard to select 1 favorite video , love all the videos on accessories for the TL. I would like more video’s on machine embroidery. I think my biggest sewing tip would be , stop demanding perfection from ourselves and be courageous to try something we think we can never do . With the help of Boki’s sew alongs I have accomplished so many things that I would never have tried on my own ! Thank you all ❤️
Hah!! So tickled you mentioned the day me, Joyce, & BJ (ya'll call us the pink ladies when we come altogether) came so BJ could buy her DX5, and Joyce could drop off her ailing serger --' and we all bought a DX5! We had so much fun that day! So glad ya'll did too.
My favorite video was Needles 101. Was that done last year? A video on how to put together those zippers by the yard and those cute zipper pulls. Sewing tip…. Get an edge presser foot for stitching hems on napkins and so much more.
My favorite video is the laser on TL. I’d like to see laser used on Juki serger 2000. I use the micro lifter for sewing out cushions and multiple layers in my potholders.
How to achieve the perfect tension on a sewing machine was my favorite video. I’m looking to upgrade my Juki F600 this year. So and in depth videos on RUclips models are awesome. I’m still learning. Not sure I have tips for professionals
Congrats on 30K subscribers. 1) I like all the videos and if I had to choose it would be "Everything You Need to Know On the Juki TL. 2) I'd like to see more videos on specialty stitches. 3)My sewing tip is sharp needles, sharp rotary blades and sharp mind makes me a happy sewist.
Love the fun video! My favorite video(s) are the accessories videos and the zipper video. My suggestion for new videos would be more in-depth videos about settings on the J-150 or 9000 like how and why you pick the different feed dog s.etting or how/why you set the bobbin count or the pre-stitch and ending stitch functions or the settings functions... sewing tip is to always starch or "best press" your fabric if yuu need to do precise work... most people won't , but it makes it easier to control the fabric and makes the stitches even better than they normally are. Happy New Year!!
1. Favorite videos are the TL accessories 2. New owner of a TL2010 Q so all videos are great. 3. My sewing tip is to invest in a Dual Switch Foot Control (no more accidental thread cuts)
Thank you for your videos! Happy Holidays! My favorite video is the Juki TL Accessories Series: Bag Making. I enjoyed watching all of them because I also sew garments. Video idea for 2025 a materials sewing test for example sewing canvas, vinyl, waxed canvas and different types of leather. One tip: change your needle every now and then and use one that matches the project you’re working on.
1- Needles 101 I learned so much about the different needles. 2-Setup and using the TL-18 on the Cutie Breeze with the Stitch Elite Regulator. 3- Use several pieces of masking tape to mark 1/4" seam allowance for me was a huge game changer!!
I liked the video of the common user errors on the TL machine, I’d like to see a little video of free motion quilting, a tip is to just turn machine off and walk away when you get too tired.
My favorite video was "how to use industrial thread in your TL machine. I have several favorites but this was most interesting for me since I finally started using thicker threads in my machine. Tip for new video would be the correct way to set tension when using industrial thread. I have a lot of problems when using tex 35 and thicker thread in my TL 2020PE machine. My learned sewing tip would be to use the best foot for your project.
1. I can only pick one? I think the laser video. 2. I would like to see a video that is more in depth with tension. I have the hardest time and it frustrates me so I just put the 2010TL away. 3. My sewing tip is using your blind hem foot for a perfect 1/8” top stitch.
My favorite video is the “Sew With Us - Mug Rug Trio” that Boki did. For a video idea I think would be cool is a “Sew With Us” or a “Sew Along” like that video once a month or something like that! My sewing tip would be - if you’re looking into a new machine, don’t settle for less. For example (this was advice given to me that I ignored and regret now) looking at embroidery machines, don’t get one that only does a 4x4 hoop… you will out grow it fast. Save up, and buy one that will grow with you if you know this is something you will enjoy and expand on. Also, get a machine that only does one or the other because you will not want to switch your machine from sewing to embroidery (vice versa) all the time… or I’m just lazy lol.
1. My favorite video from 2024 is “4 Easy Ways to Sew Zippers!” because I still struggle with zippers and that video is super helpful! 2. I would love to know what some of the weird-looking stitches on the DX7 are for! And maybe ideas on how to use decorative stitches :) 3. I’m not a super experienced sewer/bag maker, but I do think my chopstick is the best point-turning tool! Congratulations on the 30k subscribers! Juki sewing machines are amazing. I bought the MO-2800 from you guys last year and LOVE it. Thank you for your fantastic customer service.
1.Favorite video-TL accesories; 2. Like to see -Bodi actually making a bag out of clear vinyl on a TL2010 showing all tension adjustments; 3.Sewing tip-use a clapper when ironing to help "set" your work
Fav video is the Juki Comparison with DX4000 DX3000 and NX7 because it helped me decide what machine I am going to buy from you (DX4000)!! I would love to see a video on the differences of a flush mounted table for your machine vs an extended table. I am on the fence as to what to buy!! I don't sew yet, but will be soon! But I did hear how important it is to keep your machine cleaned n oiled!! 🩷 Thank you!!! 😊🌞 Love your channel! I have learned so much!
My favorite video would be all things related to the TL machines, I'm a new TL-18QVP owner, so I'm learning! Idea would be anything that can help me learn free motion quilting. Tip.... change your needle often, along with rotary cutter blades. Machine maintenance is a must, and dont sew when you're tired😊 Thank you so much for all the great information you provide. Congratulations on 30k
1. TL accessories video was so informative 2. I would love to see videos that would teach us how to use the an accessories, like a “How To” series 3. I use the side of my finger to regulate the 1/4” seam allowance so that I have more control
You two rock! I love all your videos, but my favorite is the TL accessories video, as I just ordered a TL18 and want to be prepared. I would love to see a video (maybe it already exists!) on what the perfect combo machines (you can't have just one!) would be for the home sewer. My best sewing tip: sewing is a lifelong learning experience and even though I've been sewing for @ 50 years 😳, I'm still learning and growing. Sewing is also very good for keeping cognitive skills sharp! 🤓
My favorite video was on the TL sewing machines. My favorite sewing hack is have a magnet on a pole (mine was from Harbor Freight) to fine all those dropped pins and I would like a video on using your website, sometimes I can’t find what I am looking for.
My fav video was the TL 18 accessories. Idea for a future video would be to give us a quick peek at the machine repair are of the shop. My hint is that I have a special silicone bobbin organizer only for my glide bobbins that still have thread on them. When I start a project there is no wasted time hunting for glide bobbin or is that a cotton thread bobbin ?
Favorite video needles 101 i’d like to see when to switch tension i’ve never touched my tension on my elna machine. my sewing tip, always have enough lighting! makes sewing much more enjoyable when i can see what i’m foing
1 - favorite video: Juki TL Comparison (In Depth/Remastered) 2 - video idea: more detail on the stitch selector knob settings 3 - sewing tip: Always Press to the Dark Side Luke Skywalker
Hello! I love the video where Boki is wearing the TL foot stopper to prevent the pedal from cutting the tread. She is a Juki Junkies Super Hero! (JUKI TL FOOT PEDAL HACKS! (Permanent/Temporary) I would love to see more self-repair videos for the DU-1811N. I've had to remove the bobbin a few times to remove stuck thread. It was difficult. I have no idea how to fix the timing if that comes up. I would also love to see more projects on the channel. Like cute dolls or quick sews for gifts. I would love to see HD make some projects! My favorite sewing tip to prevent skipped stitches when turning corners/pivoting is to hand-crank the needle so that it's on it's way UP with the needle still in the fabric so that it catches the thread. For years I couldn't figure it out. It's an easy fix but not so easy if I didn't know about it. I appreciate and love you guys! YOU ROCK!
1. How to set up the Juki LS-1341 2. A demo on sewing bags on the different models, including the industrials 3. Use 1/8" DST to install zippers into bags - game changer And my best sewing tip - Follow Juki Junkies!
1. My favorite videos are EVERY JUKI TL ACCESSORY AVAILABLE! 2. I would like more videos using the different feet for the TLs 3. A tip, just have fun sewing, and when you make a mistake it is going to be ok.
1-Favorite video is laser video! I bought one and video was super helpful! 2-Would love to see video about doing quilt as you go 3- Sewing tip - french seams make your garments look high end and great from the inside!
I love Y'all. Just the best. Happy ❤. I want the miagi (?) 350 long arm. Is it still on sale? I have TL2010Q. David, you are a twin of my Grandson! I love watching your videos on my 2010 & longer video. Wow. I sure want it. Happy New year...
1. My favorite Juki Junkies 2024 video is EVERY JUKI TL ACCESSORY AVAILABLE! OVERVIEW! (Ep1/4), helpful with my new JJ TL-18 Collectors Edition. 2. Like to see video tips on sewing with leather, leather bag making, I'm also interested, so help us out in 2025, David! 3. Sewing tip is to Read the pattern directions through before starting to sew a new pattern. This is hard to remember to do, and I also make notes the first time I make a pattern, for future modifications.
It was nice to hear that all TL's... mine an older 98E are all great machines..of coarse I knew that when I bought it in 2002. I love my machine and it's still running great making beautiful quilts. 🤙
Congrats on 30K+🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 Favorite videos: #1-TL Accessories #2-Using correct Needles #3-Achieving perfect tension Of corse I absolutely LOVE all the amazing how to videos Bokie & David shared with us. Bring them back!PLEASE💕💕💕🙏🏻🧵🧵🧵

3) using leaders and enders for piecing
David’s confidence and comfort in front of the camera grew. That is what i noticed.
Congratulations on hitting your milestone. All my favorite videos are the ones that helped me with my machine 2010. Have a wonderful New Year ❤.

Oh no! “Nobody puts Baby in the corner.” Please search videos or give Juki Junkies a call for help! They are amazing and so polite💕🧵
And maybe ideas on how to use decorative stitches :)
Thank you!!! 😊🌞
Love your channel!
I have learned so much!
My favorite video would be all things related to the TL machines, I'm a new TL-18QVP owner, so I'm learning!
Idea would be anything that can help me learn free motion quilting.
Tip.... change your needle often, along with rotary cutter blades. Machine maintenance is a must, and dont sew when you're tired😊
Thank you so much for all the great information you provide.
1. Thread talk video 2. Binding foot tutorial 3. Use painters tape for spacing for free motion quilting.
1. Quilt accessories for TL machines 2. How to free motion quilt on TL machine 3 use wasabi tape as a fun non permanent decoration on your machine
Favorite video needles 101
i’d like to see when to switch tension i’ve never touched my tension on my elna machine.

1 - favorite video: Juki TL Comparison (In Depth/Remastered)
2 - video idea: more detail on the stitch selector knob settings
3 - sewing tip: Always Press to the Dark Side Luke Skywalker
Hello!
I love the video where Boki is wearing the TL foot stopper to prevent the pedal from cutting the tread. She is a Juki Junkies Super Hero! (JUKI TL FOOT PEDAL HACKS! (Permanent/Temporary)
I would love to see more self-repair videos for the DU-1811N.
YOU ROCK!

I love Y'all. Just the best. Happy ❤. I want the miagi (?) 350 long arm. Is it still on sale? I have TL2010Q. David, you are a twin of my Grandson! I love watching your videos on my 2010 & longer video. Wow. I sure want it. Happy New year...
How to oil my tl18
