am using 360 S5 model.I took out main brush from place to clean it.But i cant put it back the position with this part.without that small part i can put it back main brush.What can be the problem.Please advise and see pictures
My 360 keeps saying "please wipe the anti drop sensor and restart me somewhere else" Can you please assist me on how to overcome this as I have wiped and cleaned the vaccum sensors but i still get this notice. Thank you.

how are the sensors cleaned? I already cleaned them on the outside but it keeps telling me that they are at 35%
What i did is. After i cleaned all the sensors (bottom and front). I go to the 360 app click sensor and click “reposition”.
Do we have to remove the screws while removing the main brush?

There's a 360 Robot app for iPhone that can reset after cleaning the sensors etc. If not it's a fault
How did you remove the main brush without removing the screws?
The plastic housing clips out, 2 clips at the front pull up 👍🏻
