Hey! So I noticed Yugioh cross duels mobile app has some amazing 3d animations and was shutting down after this year. Could be a good idea to save those for the project rather then losing them all. Keep up the great work 👍🏼
Konami even seemed to have updated the Master Duel Game with a lot of animations for spell and trap cards, they could eaaaaasily fund the manpower behind an Augmented Reality Yu-Gi-Oh Game which would truly be the dream of every fan :D the thing is that they kind of dug their own hole with stuff like this just like the Pokemon Company - if you have literally thouuuusands and thousands of different models or sprites, animations all for different monsters and attacks it can be a chore to animate every single thing or to find ways to unify some of it or being able to reuse things you already did without it kicking you out fo the immersion. that is why it's so amazing though that genuine fans still try their best to realize this dream like you are, and Zouloux apparently! :D this truly keeps the hype up. it's kinda surreal anyway because I played Yu-Gi-Oh as a kid but fell out of it when I finished school in 2013 but just a few years ago it sparked up again somehow. it partially was because of you guys though :') and the continious support of old cards so one who loves the dark magician still can feel somewhat 'relevant' even in this era of link-monsters and etc :D oh and edit: regarding the demotivation, I totally get that. but I also feel like that's probably why Zouloux had so many people helping him out which definitely keeps up the motivation on an all-time-high, I'm sure of it. XD it's probably a bad comparison, but as a musician, I also sometimes struggle to keep it up (even though it's probably a lot easier than coding XD) just because I don't know anyone who I could at least casually do jam-sessions with or something. having people helping one out can be a big motivating factor for sure. sadly maybe you already have some people in mind who share the same profession and are interested in this, or even just straight up work with other Tubers like in this one example with Zouloux, this will probably the fasted method I think XD not that it really matters what I say though haha, sorry for spamming! :D I just hope motivation will rise again, brother. just because I know how amazing it would feel for you to have accomplished such a creation, especially of a fan from something. it's like the realization of the 'fine, ill do it myself' meme haha it will just be amazing. and, as a yu-gi-oh fan, this literally would be THE dream coming true. :D

Weather it’s on a smart device with a duel disk or an augmented reality playmat with real cards if either one is mass produced every yugioh fans will be practically breaking down the doors of every locals trying to get the chance to play anime style yugioh in real life and although the duel runner technically is a little further away than regular duel disk technology once real duel runners exist every yugioh player will want a motorcycle license especially me since 5ds is my favourite generation of yugioh and turbo dueling was basically the highest point of 5ds hype plus I can’t tell you how many times I heard people remember it for card games on motorcycles and although duel runner tech seems impossible so did regular anime style dueling and now there’s two people although taking different approaches to making the impossible possible they are very close to succeeding and with enough time and technological advancements even turbo dueling might be plausible
If you guys can actually create devices that can allow us to live out our favorite card based anime, than consider me ready to duel. Look out Yugi, Jaden, I'm going to be the next King of Games!
you know if u can do things like yugioh zexal with the gazer or even make goggle or even glasses it be awesome and if you can engineer something like that you might have a good deal with konami
Am I stupid or would his Project work with an AR glass, like the one of Microsoft? Because they have an inegrated camera and as well he wouldnt need to chip all the cards, because of card scanning?
Why not use a glasses that has a built in camera within the lense with atleast 720p Quality so we can see the AR with just using a Glasses... i know you will know what i mean
why dont you outsource 3d models to the community ? like have a dropbox or something where people could submit 3d models of cards , obviously some sort of quality control would be needed and art styles might not be 100% the same but atleast you could have a way bigger library of cards work with your system,
I think this project is stream oriented, all of this was designed for the viewers to enjoy, on livestreaming and videos Holograms are the next step haha
Personally I wouldn't add XYZ or synchros etc. I would keep it modern speed duels or just DM/GX, to keep things simple and fun. With holograms and all , the less disruptions the better so keep all that new era solitaire out of it. With that said, HOW do we get in on this and join the hologram fun?? My Red Eyes is ready!
I was brought here by another video. Are you working on this yourself? Or just the guy your showing us? This is the future of card games but it's missing a huge part that would make this much better. I'd like to invest in this. I'd buy stock or partner up if you need help with investing. Let me know if this is something youre working on and get in touch with me.
