Is if okay go use Knox gelatine packages ? I just boiled a cup and mixed the 4 packages but they were sticky consistency it wouldn’t fully mix in I tried my best so I hope it works

Siar Hamnawa yeah it needs to be dissolved in hot water otherwise it doesn’t dissolve enough to hold everything together, sorry! I hope you try it again some time!

I don't know where you live, but you can use whatever unflavored gelatin instead of the knox brand. I bought the store generic brand from Walmart. Just make sure it is unflavored gelatin and nothing else.
Lightly coat the bundt pan with cooking spray before adding recipe.When turning out finished mold A warm cloth briefly applied to the bottom helps loosen the ring.

Siar Hamnawa it won’t melt because the rest of the milks are room temperature. The Knox gelatin isn’t enough to melt it, just make sure to pop it back in the fridge right after!
Grease your Bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray and with a paper towel make sure it's well distributed. I am surprised she didn't show that step, it's important, but I do that and never had a problem with my jello coming out. Hope that helps.

You need two molds of that size. In 02:25 we can see that the mold is full and and half of the cream mixture is still in the blender.

You can just blend it separately then combine in a different bowl

I did overnight but as long as you leave it 4-6 hours. You can check by sticking a toothpick in it
