Hello! It is a fairly simple process that involves teeing into the return line under the dash after the manual pressure valve and then mounting the control box and hooking up the wiring. You still retain the ability to use the manual control valve as a backup though we have not seen issues from this system.
Hi! The control box is fully potted and we use sealed connectors on the system, the units we currently have in the field have not ran into issues in this area, also you retain the ability to use the manual control valve as a backup if an issue were to arise.
Any insight on putting a little bit larger hopper on the sg42 and maybe suspension castors?
Hello! Thanks for reaching out. We can custom-build an SG42 with the 220lb hopper; however, we do not offer suspension casters.
What’s the adaptation process on a machine that’s a few months old?
