@Chris Falcon It’s funny you say that (and I know you were alluding to Pokémon) because I like to picture if Treasure made their own 3D “Shantae” game with Shamshir. (The character I mean.) Like I can vividly picture a grandfather being the Mimic figure. One day he’d find a magical sword on his travels and gift it to a little Shamshir, unaware of the dormant powers that lay within it. As she plays and trains while the years roll by, she finally grows up to become a formidable but still naive swordstress and even coming to terms with the fact that she wields a living, magical sword with one eye embedded in it. And from there the adventure to save her world begins.
@Satō It could either be because everyone’s been pushing her for Smash, which I haven’t really cared for that much, or you just don’t like the series in general. For me, I enjoy the series but I do have a few gripes about it, though it’s mainly about where the series is heading and Shantae’s personality change starting from Pirate’s Curse onwards rather than just hating it as a whole.

This might sound weird but when I listen to this song, I picture a group of Persian girls dancing with Shamshirs (Persian curved swords).

i really hate shantae i don't know why

しかも難しすぎた曲ですわ。でもやってみてムズかくてキツかったわ。
