badass, I am having trouble figuring out what the problem is on my 2009 TCat. I get alot of clutch chatter when I his the throttle. I followed your vidoes which were EXCELLENT. There was nothing wrong with the primary and secondary. I do have play in the secondary shaft to about 1/16" in and out, not up and down, There is nothing else visably wrong. If you have time, I can send you a quick video of my progress. ANY suggestions would be great,
These videos are great...very well done! I have a 2007 650H1. The Clutch and housings look the same...are they? Is the dis-assembly page still available? Do you have the torque specs for the nuts and housing bolts? I could not find it on the website.
I have a 2008 650 h1. When I thread the cover bolt in to spread the secondary clutch. The bolt hits a ring washer in between the inner and the outer of the secondary clutch. It basically bends the large ring washer and still spreads the clutch. Is this normal? It doesn't seam right
On 700 hdx prowler, drive belt broke and was wrapped around secondary clutch. Removed secondary clutch nut easily. Primary clutch nut will not come off. Tried 3 impact wrenches with some heat. Any ideas?
wondering if anyone can help me out we took the belt off a 2003 artic cat atv the pully on the right faceing the atv is fully closed how do I get it back open to put on the belt?
Wow they told me at the dealership that it would take 1.5 hours of labour at $105 an hour plus tax plus the belt to replace. It seems like this can be done in under 10 minutes with the right tools.

i ahave 97' arctic cat 250 2wheel drive 5speed. the shifting lever will stick when shifting gears. i have to kick it into gear. what is wrong
