- The A470 is Cymru’s north-south road, heading up from Tongwynlais near Cardiff, to Merthyr Tydfil, Brecon, Builth Wells, Rhayader, and on to Dolgellau, Betws y Coed and Conwy where it joins the east-west road from Chester to Holyhead.
La A470 es la carretera norte-sur de Cymru (Gales en Galés), que sube desde Tongwynlais, cerca de Cardiff, hasta Merthyr Tydfil, Brecon, Builth Wells, Rhayader, y sigue hasta Dolgellau, Betws y Coed y Conwy, donde se une a la carretera este-oeste de Chester a Holyhead.
