You are right about the perfect casting. A year after the show ended I took my stepdaughter to see Jerry Seinfeld live because she was a fan. I watched his standup for a little while and thought, "This is really boring without George or Kramer."
The guest actress is the daughter of actor and singer Rick Nelson who died in a plane crash New Year's Eve 1985. I think she's also related to Mark Harmon.
You notice on the show that all of Jerry's friends have been fired from their jobs at some point. XD Jerry is the only one that was never fired from their job.
He also is an amazing stand up act!!! There's this one set from a few years back in a New York comedy club. Omfg one of the best sets of all time!!!1 especially show your friends of color. I think they'll relate / appreciate it !! ;)
I think this was the first time I’d heard of anyone referring to a woman as ‘handsome’. It is apparently actually a thing, although much rarer than it used to be.
@2:30 "Omfg why was this show popular?!?! Homophobic much?!?! Who cares which gender George enjoys? It's his life and his hody!!!" -somebody watching Seinfeld for the first time today (sadly)
The show is not homophobic. In this particular episode George is uncomfortable with the idea that he may have unconsciously chosen a woman who reminds him of his best male friend. He's confused about what that might mean. The other characters think its funny. George is an insecure person. There is no hate involved. This was long enough ago that even broaching the subject was bold.
I am from NY just like Seinfeld (I am just a few years younger- I was in my 20s when the show was on). I just didn't get the humor or find it funny. Am I missing something??
I really enjoy when you guys play these. Strong cast - the only weak link is probably Jerry himself. Chappelle, Louis CK, Schultz, Segura, all masters, but Seinfeld, not so much.
Jerry might be the worst acting link, but he’s a funny comedian. But comedy is subjective and he certainly does more of an older style stand up, compared to the ones you mentioned.
George's telling her "What do you know what you look like". Cracks me up every time.
"Helllloooo, Newman!" Seinfeld is my all-time faovorite. I still laugh after seeing them all!
too funny this show decades later
Not that there's anything wrong with that!
But there is, we know that now.
The girl is Tracy Nelson, Ricky Nelson’s daughter.
Ozzy and Harriet show. Goes way back to the 1950s.
Michael Richards is the king of physical comedy.
You spelled Jim Carey wrong bro.
That Frank and Estelles reaction to finding out about George's love for a she Jerry
You two would love the show "Arrested Development". Aiden too.
As soon as I saw the thumbnail, I heard Kramer 😂

just the mere idea of this episode is crazy...good stuff👍
You two are appreciating classic New York Jewish humor! 😂❤
Big fan of Mr Daz and the fam. Peace, from New Mexico USA ✌️
Seinfeld is amazing! If i had to rate the character's out of the four. I would say
George
Kramer
Elaine
Jerry
They are all amazing though.

You should really check out the "Man hands" clip. Golden.
You guys are great, Welcome to America by the way. PEACE!!!
That was frustrating cause they cut out some of Kramer’s best lines literally right before he said them
You notice on the show that all of Jerry's friends have been fired from their jobs at some point. XD Jerry is the only one that was never fired from their job.
But he WAS bumped from career day at his old high school!
Tracy Nelson was in a TV sitcom "Square Pegs." 1982-83. It was a good show but didn't catch on.
kramer played a bad guy in the movie ... PROBLEM CHILD , staring john ritter .

That girl is Ricky Nelson's daughter.
Yep! Her name is Tracy.
Who?
Ozzie and Harriet's son.@@Sandman60077
@@Sandman60077 The one playing George's girlfriend.
No it isnt
She’s actually a very famous person from a very well-known family.
The look alike girl is Tracy Nelson, daughter of old rock n roll legend Ricky Nelson😉👍
I love all these characters but I think George's parents and Elaine are my very favorites.
I think this was the first time I’d heard of anyone referring to a woman as ‘handsome’. It is apparently actually a thing, although much rarer than it used to be.
Panic! At The Disco has a song from 2008 titled "She's a Handsome Woman"
It’s not a compliment for a woman
It used to be used a long time ago, not as an insult.
Thats Rickey nelson's daughter
Man play George is the voice of a cartoon called duckman
You cut out the part where Elaine says "Eh...I don't care" after Jerry says "She does not!" in the coffee shop, lol.
People who don't find the Seinfeld show funny are like aliens to me.
Ricky Nelson’ daughter.
You must... LOOK EXACTLY LIKE JERRY!
That’s Ricky Nelson daughter
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
😅😅😅
Just not a better show, never gets old
Seinfeld was big and I saw a few episodes, but never found them to be funny. Particularly Jerry himself.
i think the funniest episode might have to be man hands.....
Vageinfeld

Calm down, Nancy.

Welcome to the twisted mind of Larry David. It may take a while.😮

@@marinothegreatsan yes ma'am.
Nah, Jerry's great

Oh, look at me, I'm offended!
KRAMER CHARACTER WATCHED THE 3 STOOGES ALOT , CURLY WOULD SLIDE INTO A ROOM
