    Hi Rosie. I stopped by on my way home from the farmer's market, but missed you. I did the first step watering your loquat tree. I hope that's OK. I left some powder in a bag to neutralize chloramines in case you want to repeat the drench. It only takes 1/8 teaspoon for five gallons. More won't hurt. The process only takes a minute if the water is agitated.
