There was no name on it, so sal opened it and it was a pair of womens pants. There was an email on the package (the email of the woman who ordered the pants). Sal decided to have some fun by spending hours cutting out letters from magazines and gluing them to make a Ransom note, which he would then email the woman (the joke being: he's holding her pants hostage). The first page of the ransom note said "I have your pants". That's what's on Sal's shirt. With the ransom note he also sent a photo of himself in a ski mask wearing the pair of womens pants that she ordered. The full story is hilarious.
Sal did a stand up gig where he told a story about the time a woman’s pants got delivered to his address by accident. Sal being Sal ate an edible and sent the woman a ransom note made from cut up magazines saying that he had her pants.
It's the best behind-the-scenes shot I've seen on the show. 8 different hidden camera feeds on the monitor, and I would guess the bank of people with their own stations in the back room are the camera operators.
