While listening to this, I just sorted through some old letters telling myself to be strong, to be the change i want to see, to never give up on myself when others might, to never dim my light in any room, to have the courage to stand up for not only myself but for others who may experience unjust, to have courage, to believe in myself, to walk with my head high, to speak my mind, to take deeps breaths and push forward, to learn when to let go..
