Running out of chicken is actually not all that uncommon due to how fast it ends up going out, and contrary to popular beliefs, the preparation method includes fully flouring and breading each piece of chicken. When people keep ordering big orders, we run out and because we only have one cook at our restaurant (at least in my case) it takes about 20 to 30 minutes to do it from scratch. It also doesn’t help when people get very specific of what they want and when we say we only have one recipe instead of both, they get mad at us when they should really be getting mad at the person who just came through and ordered 2 full buckets in a very specific way that drains our chicken xP
I know it's inconvenient, but a chicken restaurant running out of chicken is kind of a good thing. Like, it means there aren't a bunch of chickens going to waste, and no one is getting served old chicken pieces.

It is like being surprised Asian people like to eat rice. The owner of the fried chicken restaurant was black himself, and he purposefully built the restaurant in a predominantly black neighborhood. Guess what? Most of our customers happened to be black. Just how it is. No racism at all.

As someone who has worked at a fried chicken restaurant before, I can say that black people definitely do like fried chicken. There is nothing wrong about it. It is like being surprised Asian people like to eat rice.
The owner of the fried chicken restaurant was black himself, and he purposefully built the restaurant in a predominantly black neighborhood. Guess what? Most of our customers happened to be black. Just how it is. No racism at all.
