ive created a personal account just today, do i keep making sure its active and list items i have at home until it goes well but then should i switch to a business account or is there no need for this?

Once your selling limit hits $500-1000 and 250 items, gradually incorporate dropshipping items while maintaining a 1:2 ratio with household items. Strive for 5-10 sales per week. When you achieve this, contact eBay to double your limit. Repeat this process until you reach a listing limit of at least $10k.
As for switching to a business account, you can continue using your personal account and upgrade to a business account later.

The thing very discouraging about drop shipping with ebay is finding a good product and then finding that someone else is already drop shipping it. Another problem is having to risk money in a "good product" when you are not sure if it will sell on a store that is just beginning out.

what about creating bank accounts? or should i create a Payoneer instead because how would i change the name on the bank card i feel like ebay could link it back to my suspended account

do you have a good title, good description, high quality images and etc? if you want to do it organically then you will have to see how the organic posts are performing and make it better than them but if you are doing it by promoting it which means you will have to pay money for it then you will obviously see the ones that say "sponsor" on eBay however I prefer the organic method since you are getting used to pushing items your way without the help of eBay and it's also better for the longer run as promotions don't last forever (if you want you can) but why do that when you can save money and work smarter?
