আপনার ‘আমি’র পরিচয়টা কী? আধার কার্ড, ভোটার কার্ড তো আপনার দেহের পরিচয়, আপনার নামটা দেহের নাম, আধার কার্ডের বায়োমেট্রিক তথ্য তো আপনার দেহের অঙ্গের পরিচয়, যা আপনার দেহের পরিচয়কে সুনিশ্চিত করে। হাত, পা, মাথা, মস্তিষ্ক - এসব দেহের অংগ। সম্পূর্ণ দেহ নয়, দেহের অংশমাত্র।
আবার ‘আমি’ তো কোন অংশ নয়, একটা পূর্ণ সত্ত্বা। যারা দেহস্থিত আত্মার অস্তিত্বে অবিশ্বাসী তারা দেহকেই ‘আমি’ ভাবেন। তাই যদি ভাবেন, তাহলে আপনি দেহকে ‘আমি’ না বলে আমার দেহ বলছেন কেন? তাহলে, কাকে আপনি ‘আমি’ বলছেন?

Hands, feet, head, and brain-these are parts of the body. Not the whole body, just parts of the body.
Again, 'I' is not a part; it is a complete entity. Those who are skeptical of the existence of the soul in the body consider the body as 'I'. So if you think, then why do you say' my body' instead of calling the body 'I'? Then, who are you calling 'I'?
