I'm a paramedic and I go into all types of homes from the humblest shack to the most extravagant mansions. I also meet all kinds of people. Young, old, rich, poor, religious, nonreligious and every color and creed and the one thing I've learned is that what's most important is how you live. Always be humble and kind
I'm a restaurant manager, this weekend we had a man overdose in our lobby. No one wanted to help.. a man was dying on my floor. Long story short, me and one other intervened and EMTs were able to bring him back. Some ones son is alive today. Always stay humble and kind.

This is the first time I've ever heard this song. I've never been a huge country music fan, but this song....this is probably the best thing I've heard from anyone in the entertainment business. If the words to this song doesn't humble you, you need to check your heart, because something's missing.
This is a very good song to learn from. Another good song to learn from and one that will also make you reflect on the good times of the past is Miranda Lambert's "The House That Built me"
He’s talking truth. The world will be a better place the more people get this message and take it to heart. He did another one called “live like you were dying “ Worth the look.
My son introduced me to this song when I went to visit him he's away in the military and we both sobbed watching this together and I always think of him every time I hear this song cuz I know he's home sick and this touches both of our hearts so much.
I loved your reaction, pure and heartfelt. Tim McGraw (and his wife Faith Hill, also country artist) sing a lot of songs that reflect what they live and this is a great example. Blessed be.
Tim Mcgraw "One of These Days" beautiful song we can all relate to. Love your reactions cos I can see you really listen to the lyric as well as the music. Someone once said "we listen to music to know we are not alone" Cheers from UK.
I grew up in the ghetto and i work in the ghetto now. I hold the door for crackheads and I say, "thank you sir" to young men that hold the door for me knowing that have probably never been shown true respect in their life. I hope that they will in turn show respect to the next person. Respect for yourself and other people goes such a long way in this world! God bless you sir!
Wow that’s was a good song and you’re talk that you gave at the end really spoke to me I almost forgot got that I was watching from my phone it was like you were talking right to me in person, the message that you and this song were trying to teach is something I feel very strong about there is so much hatred and judgment in this world and I’m not even going to lie it really brings me down sometimes, I wish everyone could respect each other for exactly who they are. You are awesome and really enjoy your videos
My dad was in a band, and Tim McGraw: Don't Take The Girl was the last song my dad ever sang. After his show in 1994, a mile from home, my dad and uncle was in a terrible car accident. We lost them both to an 18 wheeler driver who fell asleep at the wheel and ran over my dad little Pontiac Grand Am. Keep up the great work brother!
David Christmas Country I’m sorry that happened so young! God Bless you! I lost my mother 6 years ago by massive heart attack she was alone and I’m still devastated. ❤️
I did not live in the ghetto,I am white and who I am talking about is black and I am 51 and still remember it like it was yesterday but when I was a freshman in high school, my friend was murdered due to retaliation of her twin brothers being in a gang.. Regina lived right across the street from our High School and she would ALWAYS hang out the window waving and saying Hello to everyone passing by or getting off the city bus. The morning of her murder she was doing her normal routine and we always walked to school so we would go wait at her house until school started, the morning of her murder, my friend and I were walking up the steps to get inside.I got 2 stairs up rs outside and gunfire rang out and she was shot in the head and killed instantly. My friend and I had to kick the door in to try and get to her. This was before cellphones. She laid dead hanging out the window. I pulled her out of the window and my friend called the ambulance and police.I had her blood all over me. there was no 911 at the time. Ever since that day I always speak to everyone no matter who they are because you never know if just a hello is the only kind thing that a person might hear or the last thing they hear. My mother always used to say that and I just felt I needed to keep Regina alive by continuing to do what she always did. So this song hits home for me
We truly are connected and sometimes, through the smallest of gestures, the biggest changes can come about. I talk to and smile at the people I encounter. One of my proudest mothering moments came about 5 years ago when my 3rd son was about 17. He came home one evening and said to me, "You know what Veronica told me today ? She watched me while we were running errands and said, 'Elliot, do you know what I love about you ? You are so *kind* to everyone, even people you don't have to be -- the bus driver, the pharmacist, the waitress, EVERYBODY !'" Elliot told me then, "Mom, I told her that I learned it from you, that you are always kind to people because you always say that everyone has something going on we know nothing about and there is no reason to make life harder for others." I smiled at him and hugged him. I told him I was proud of him and cried a few happy tears. Kindness is the highest form of wisdom. #KindnessCounts Namaste ✌💗
Lori McKenna wrote this song while thinking about her kids growing up. She’s an amazing singer and songwriter so you might want to check out some of her music. I can’t remember how I discovered her a few years ago but I’m thankful I did.
I love this song, especially the part about visiting grandpa. They won’t always be around to tell the great stories that they hold in their hearts. I even miss the great stories my mom could have told me, since she died at age 56. I did hear a couple of her great stories though 👍🏻🥰‼️
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Great job man, i try to keep a smile on my face no matter what even though life has been kicking me since I was young , it’s not easy most days but you smile could put a smile on someone else’s face and that feels good.
Can't listen to this song without sending a few tears. This song along with Adele's Hello and Luke Bryan's Drink a beer were played at a memorial service for my mom almost 3 years ago. this song was my mom to a tee. R.I.P. Mom think of you everyday.

I discovered your channel only recently and cannot get enough of your reaction videos! Thank you for sharing some of your personal hardships and accomplishments here. It made me realize anew that everyone, no matter how successful we may appear on the outside, has possibly known many hardships and sorrows. We may still be suffering, though seemingly happy. I am 74, lost my father and 3 brothers in childhood, both my sisters too soon also. Grew up in a small town with little money or material wealth, but my wonderful mother along with many nice people in our church and schools made the difference in my life. We did not have to fear danger every minute, left our doors unlocked day and night. Left keys in our cars, packages on the seat! How I wish the children of today could feel some of that security. Sorry, I digress - thank you so very much for these videos and for being such an uplifting part of my day. God bless you and your family!
My parents raised us to be this way. I thank God everyday for my childhood and for the time I had with them. I miss them daily this song has special meaning for me. 👼

I am 51 and white but grew up listening to old Motown and old school R and B and old school country. So I am not really into a lot of the country music of today or really any of the music of today. The ONLY artist I can say I have never stopped listening to besides old school stuff is Kid Rock
I just listened to a few of his songs this morning about 3:00am. Actively searched for him not just accidently came upon his videos. He has some really good music. :)
Tim tells us the story of life. And you saying you're listening to this every morning makes me realize I have to do it like you. Thank you, bro! I'm subscribing.
You touch my heart with what you say, my mom was in nursing and stayed at the bedside of many of the people she cared for while they lay dying she told me that there is something sacred about being there at the last moment of life,I many years later took care of her at her last moments and when she passed I felt that God was in that room too.conections with sacred things last forever.
I love that in this video they show all kinds of folks from different walks of life. Just shows we're a mixed bag of people, whom God put here because He loves us!
The most poetic truth anyone could ever instill in their children and themselves as a way of life. Help the next one in line ❤️Just imagine what the world could look like? #humbleandkind

Music that speaks to the soul of mankind is transcendent and spiritually cleansing. It strips away prejudice and bigotry. It forces the listener to reflect and access his or her worthiness to others and mankind. It captures ones ability to acheive and for a few moments it only wishes to inspire a greater good for all of us. Prayer and song are 2 pathways to a higher spiritual consciousness. This song is a beautiful example of how both can be forged together by Gods most beautiful perfect creation, man.
Love this song , I am so gladyou are doing well and have rose above what you have been through and have not let it take you down Sending hugs and love your way and always be wishing you well
You are a true inspiration brother. I too grew up in many rough situations. I have also went through a lot in my military career. I was angry for a long time and felt trapped but after years and years I have found a way to get over that and focus on what is important. Keep up the good videos bro.
I love the message in this song, and I feel like you gave an awesome breakdown of that. But the video added a whole new layer for me. It shows how universal the message is. "Hold the door, say please, say thank you, don't steal, don't cheat and don't lie." Anywhere you go on this earth, any society you interact with, these are the core values. In that way, it shows we're not that different. But it also shows how vast this world is, how much beauty there is for us to see once we learn to look beyond ourselves. I just think this video is a beautiful work of art.
Just discovered your channel hooked not just by your willingness to step outside the box for music .but your message is strong .be blessed stay blessed
Had to write again brother ..preach that word It is so sad when people leave this world the wrong way... when the right way is so easy. It is all about the one another moments. We had a last hour and more with my wife to tell her how much we loved her and how much we would miss her and even how we would honor her with our complete life for who she groomed us to be. I even told her it was alright to go and that one day we would be together again. I told her I knew where she was going and I knew how to get there. I told her even our son knew how to get there because we had taught him since he was young. He replied to her “I do know the way mom, I know how to get to heaven and one day we will run into each other’s arms again. She looked into our eyes and gave us a nod. Linda lived a life that was humble and kind and because of that those are the most-cherished words of my earthly existence 4/28/19. Don’t Shoot the Wounded / Chuck Girard on RUclips..... video by restoredbygrace thx 4 u b/n u bro. John (“Linda “) and DJ
Thank you so much for sharing that precious story. You guys couldn't have given her a better gift than her knowing what you both told her. That is absolutely amazing!
I had a real hard time growing up, there was a lot of pain. The thing I came to realize is we have a choice, we can let it make us bitter, or we can allow it to make us better.
Good reaction Better life lesson at the end. I also work in a assisted living community and Alzheimer's house. it is sad that people forget their own family but if you gave them a reason, I guess I can understand. so our staff becomes their family.
I have 2 boys, 11 & 14 and I'm trying to teach them this. It's funny my older one told me everytime he knows he did something wrong he hears this in his head and he try's to do the right thing. I love this song.

Had to write again brother ..preach that word
It is so sad when people leave this world the wrong way... when the right way is so easy.
