Miss, one doubt. Feeling sleepy, the baby cried. Idhula feeling sleepy enbadhu dangling participle ?
No, it's not a dangling participle because it refers only to the baby which was feeling sleepy. The baby is the subject of the sentence.
@@EnglishwithVennila Thanks ma'am. I now get it. So it only refers to uncertain sentences which can refer to 2 things.
Can we write I threw the pen which was broken..
Mam, 5th sentence. Being broken, I threw the pen. Why don't we write like this
If we write a sentence like that, it means that we were broken and not the pen.
But the sentence is meaningful!
Happy Diwali madam.
Deepavali wishes to you too!
Mam...Can we write like.... Forgetting everybody, He lived alone without using "having"
Yes, we can.
Being broken I threw the pen. Ezudalama?
"Being broken" refers to "I" if you write like that. But the sentence is correct. It's not the same as
The pen being broken, I threw it.
Or
I threw the broken pen.
Happy Diwali mam 🎉🤗🎊 and very useful video for your approach mam TQ mam ❤️🤗😇
Same to you!
@@EnglishwithVennila TQ mam 🤗🎉🎉🤗🎊

No, that's wrong usage. We cannot use two present participles together. (being and singing)

2) having lived alone,he had forgotten everybody....
Or..
Having lived alone,he forgot everybody
Yes, both are correct but the first one makes sense only if there's another past action (that takes the simple past) in the context.
Thank you mam
I will do more lessons for 12th standard students, Aswin!👍
Pls make in hindi
"Being broken, I threw the pen", can we say something like this.
Throwing the pen, it got broken. (But given question sentence does not exactly mean this)
No, never.
Can we write like...Being broken, I threw the pen
Yes, you can, but the sentence will mean that you were broken, not the pen!
But the sentence makes sense. You threw the pen because you were broken and you had no interest in writing anything...
👌
please use lavier collor mic or bluetooth mic. pls dont waste your efforts by recording without mic

Madam can I say: "Being the broken, I threw the pen.
No no. Being broke, I threw the pen. (Meaning you are depressed or poor). I threw my pen which was broken. It can't be phrased as being broken
Please write neatly
