Those who have pcod or thyroid .. don't worry .. just avoid junk food , hve proper food which u can.. and do regular exercise , yoga evrything will be alright , u get regular periods and don't have to worry about pregnancy.. thyroid or pcod is not the disease.. it's just the condition .. most of the women go thru..
