They are 90cm, less the thickness of the wood you use for the front and back boards. So if you use 2cm thick timber they are 92cm long. There is a follow up vid of how i made it if that helps.
I've just watched the whole video but I didn't hear you mention the depth of the unit. How high does it have to be to be the same height as the back seats lowered so all the base is flat?
