Suburban or Rally STX Vandura because they actually stopped and looked at those one day because a Great Uncle of My Moms drove those GMCs both Models
The paint is amazing - you don't see factory paint from 1990 that looks like that. These all faded and peeled when not properly cared for. Someone loved this car!
👋👍👋👍This is what I always say if Chevrolet would re-manufacture this precious pearl with advanced additions without changing the decorations, such as the radio, cassette, and flexibility in the doors only, or make a new car from it according to demand
this car is awesome i have used this machine longtime ago and telling you fact, todays very few cars compete this caprice. Overall this car is top class
Whoever owned that Chevrolet Caprice sounded like my grandma. If it had a rattle, or hiccup, my grandma immediately took it back to Oldsmobile and when Oldsmobile went out of business, she took it into Buick to have everything fixed
We have an 84 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme Brougham 2dr. Factory gauge pkg. Chrome pkg. 97K original miles. My grandpa ordered it for my grandma. It’s black with very light gray interior. 3.8 V6. Factory chrome wire wheels. Always garaged. The car look showroom new. New head liner , carburetor , tires. We’re asking $10K
I have the a black 1988 Caprice Brougham with only 108k original miles got it repainted a year ago and it is sweet. So glad i didn't buy the 1990 i never liked the doors with the seat belts it looks weird. But thats a sweet ride gonna cruise in mines today 🙂.
Exactly!!!!!...I hate those seatbelts on da door..got a white LS leather,sunroof39,000miles..got it for 6,000..was BLESSED BY GOD..put 30s n vogues on it
Beautiful car, but the era of seat belts built into the door is dead to me. In the 1980s for some reason, the car manufacturers started putting seat belts IN THE DOOR of cars, instead of bolted to the floor board where they should be. I would rather NOT wear a seat belt in this car. MASSIVE MISTAKE. These seatbelt designs would cut people in half when the car was struck from the side. Unacceptable, I would NEVER own a car with this design. Good luck selling this death trap....
No where near as bad as your present day plasticisized bubble trash. Folds in half if you hit a shopping cart, but tries to compensate with "angry looking" headlights. 😆
@@bountyhunter4885 Doh. My present cars are a 1981 Corvette, and a 1964 Riviera and a 2023 Chevy Equinox. They are all nice. The extreme box years for the Impala and Caprice were quite sad.
@@john2914Well, that's commendable for sure. I can also appreciate that, not nearly so boxy classic look, of the 80s...Monte Carlo, Grand Prix, Grand National, etc. Automotive design started going downhill after that. Imo
@@bountyhunter4885 I was in high school and college in the '80s and this was the sweet spot if you liked boxy American cars. This was my favorite period, and I could tell you anything about every engine and option on GM and Ford cars. After that, I just lost interest. Cars no longer looked good to me and I was no longer interested in "corporate" engines.
I would say GM needs to bring these big cars back but they’d probably cost $150,000.00 so I couldn’t afford one anyway!
Growing up as a kid my Mom had a new 1973 Caprice Classic Brougham Sedan loaded. These older Caprice Classics are gorgeous and trouble free.

Me as well. In hindsight, I've also had some amazing rare cars.

They ain´t make cars the way they used to.

Wow, that’s a nice well preserved car!
This car is sold a lot in America and all the countries of the world
Why doesn't General Motors remake it??

It's got the cornering lights and dual power seat options. Get some glasses George.

Pinstripe in wrong place.
Seatbelts in the door? Yikes
Only the 1990 model year have them because of government regulations. It's a fantastic car but I absolutely hate the way they look and feel.
Hey sir how's it going we located in in your in your city my name is Kevin
Very odd stuff that folks like these dull style free boxes of crap. It will sell though.
