U for sure were ahead of time when u said u didn't want to complicate things and made bunkers that could be patched. 2 years later and me as someone who has 11k hours, still use this bunker for my 2x2, cuz FP end up breaking and patching the other bunkers. u are still the Goat of building, i hope u comeback in the future!

Ey man, I was just remembering all the good memories of starting Rust in 2018 and finding your videos. My first base ever was a 2x1 and I built it right next to a huge clan base because I saw purple smoke coming out and thought it was neat (I had no idea what it was and asked in chat and nobody responded LMAO) I didnt even put a roof on this 2x1, or an airlock. I thought having some walls around me would protect me for a bit. Well, by the time I figured out how to get my TC stocked up, the neighbors came by and slapped a ladder down, killed me and that was that. I went to YT, found your videos and became a basebuilder. Just wanted to thank you for all the tips and hope all is going good with the family and who knows, maybe youll stop in one day and make a Rust video again, but if not, cheers my friend.
@@bean_eater1209 Next gen runs pretty smoothly, but old gen isn’t even worth ur money, Rn it’s kinda unplayable with the freezing and getting kicked out, it’s kinda buggy but the devs put updates out for fixes, controls feel clunky, and it does lack a lot of content compared to pc but when it runs smoothly it’s pretty enjoyable and you still get that rust experience which is better than nothing

Ive been following evilwurst for almost 5 years. His builds are second to none (before dev changes and whatnot). So much so that you could use aspects in his builds on a custom build for yourself. I've built this specific base almost every wipe since its release two years ago. It has the perfect balance of space, form, and function. The peeks are next level when defending an online raid and raiders really have to put effort into raiding offline if going through doors due to the countless traps. Thank you for doing what you did for the rust building community. I hope you and your family are doing well.

Papa Wurst!! So glad you're bringing this one back, I had actually been using the Serenity 1 for the past few months exclusively due to its ease of build and functionality. It serves my small group well and has only been full raided one time out of the several wipes I've used it.
I like how elegant this base is. All seems balanced and proportional. I built it this wipe with my team but we added a floor for extra bedroom space and to have shooting floor higher. The roof access is very neat!

I've been using the Serenity ever since I first discovered your channel not long after it came out, both in the full version or just the 2x2 starter with two floors honeycombed as a core for bigger bases like the Alamo. Honestly one of the most elegant builds I have ever seen, because it has a very natural progression, doesn't take much to slap down and be reasonably safe and spacious quickly while still offering cutting edge security and possibilities for expansion. Glad to see you expanding on it a bit, keep being awesome!

this really is your opus magnum. the inintial design is 2 years old and the bunker still works to this day and is the best because its so easy to build. Even on x3 servers it offers so much protection, i can count the times I got raided of on one hand. The base draws no attention and is tricked out to the max. I would love to se gen 3 of this base someday, but honestly i don't think it can get much better. Ty for everything you are missed

I just recently built this base about 5 days ago. I am new to rust building and it’s a HUGE difference from the comfortable building that’s in Ark. and I have to say I am still here in my spot and I can actually log out and sleep almost every night now 😂🤣😂 almost.... i got online raided as i was watching this video lol. i hadn't had the chance to put honeycomb on the base. now that i think about it, its way easier just to go through walls early on since you dont have garage doors or high quality metal.

What a base design, been using it for a while and love the upgrades! A couple of my own upgrades: On the roof, skip the roofs and put down quarter walls, with barricades covering the door gaps below, and build out the triangles opposing the dropdowns, making them into laser/heartbeat sensors turret pods via an 'or' switch. Make the entire shooting floor with garage doors and hqm the 2x2 all the way to the top. Also, if you add another triangle next to the first door it makes another turret pod and allows another garage door in the entrance, use heartbeat/lasers on all turret pods. GREAT BASE, inconceivably hard to raid for it's size.

This base design has already gotten through so many wipes (I restarted on different servers after 2-3 days) never once have I been raided and most dare not to try, the auto turrets outside with walls or without really top this base off. Just make Sure you don’t skip any steps like placing the sirens on shooting floor so they can’t squeak through and through up doors everywhere needed ASAP the faster the base is up the safer you are the defensive of this base is amazing and it’s the only reason I survive on 300+ pop servers! (I play 4 team max servers and usually roll solo or duo)
Please tell me what are those servers. It will be great to play max4 with monthly wipe without pay to win shops. I only found beweekly wipe max3 official servers...

I would love to see a video on your take for the hexa-half gap by mini satori. either a wurst version, or a completely different base design with the half gap implemented.
while that would be just... completely insane, and i would be hyped as fuck if that happened haha, i find it unlikely. evil excels primarily at making simple to understand bases, that can help viewers get into building. incorporating mechanics which are advanced, such as floorstacking, freehanding, or half gaps in general would be difficult, due to the human error that would be possible. still, i can always cross my fingers haha, as i personally of course would not be against it :)
I threw down a standard 2x1 or 2x2 with honeycomb all the time before I started watching Evil Wurst. Since watching this guy, I have built 5 unique individual builds that I intend to share with the community and I continue to spend hours trying out new things on build servers. Evil Wurst is capable of inspiring the uninspirable.

I used this base with my duo on a weekly wipe, it survived 3 offlines from 5 man groups excellent base. Hope you are doing well wurst 👍🏼

For the 4 box storage room with a window I’ve found that putting a bed and locker behind a garage door can be very useful for onlines.

Since watching this guy, I have built 5 unique individual builds that I intend to share with the community and I continue to spend hours trying out new things on build servers.

I just got back to Rust (i have 4k hours) and wondering what base I would love to build, so i look up Evil wurst the only guy I ever needed when building and I see that he isn't uploading for a year, like damm, so thank you for everything legend, I would love to see you back🥰

Evil my man iss!!. Currently Running V1 of this solo on Rustafied Main. Giving a hard time for raid groups to raid. defended 2 times from raid. That too solo.

Built this as a solo and at the end of the day I had box’s of guns due to fail raids it’s insane i also got failed off lines at 6 am
