He bought the best seats available, which were the closest seats to the conductor, Colin Davis. It was unforgettable to sit so close and hear him singing and humming along, as he's doing in this video.

I commented yesterday but had to chime in again. I'm ADDICTED to this piece. It is so profound in is majesty and delivery. Elegant as a soft cool breeze on a hot summer day under a large shady tree. I've been listening to it since X-mas eve.
Handel composed "Messiah" and scored all the parts for the full orchestra, soloists and choir in twenty days. If that isn't an example of Divine inspiration, I really can't imagine what would be.

I commented yesterday but had to chime in again. I'm ADDICTED to this piece. It is so profound in is majesty and delivery. Elegant as a soft cool breeze on a hot summer day under a large shady tree. I've been listening to it since X-mas eve.

Handel composed "Messiah" and scored all the parts for the full orchestra, soloists and choir in
twenty days. If that isn't an example of Divine inspiration, I really can't imagine what would be.
It is amazing how prophets like Isaiah, who lived around 700 years before Jesus, were able to prophesy exactly what would happen.
No Isaiah did not predict the birth of Jesus! That is a prophesy that has nothing to do with the birth of Jesus 700 years later but with an immediate situation facing the King of Judea.
