  • Acadia National Park is a jewel of New England, and a playground for photographers. Despite being one of America’s smallest national parks, it offers inspiring diversity of subjects and scenery.
Join Susan Magnano, travel photographer and cofounder of PhoTour Adventures, and Chris Nicholson, author of “Photographing National Parks” and partner at National Parks at Night LLC, for a visual tour of the Northeast’s only national park and the photo opportunities that lie within.
This video covers iconic locations as well as hidden gems, along with stories about photographing the park and tips for creating your best images while there.
Learn about Acadia’s breathtaking coastline, beautiful mountains, picturesque stone bridges, and pristine lakes and ponds, along with Mt. Desert Island’s other scenic wonders such as fishing villages, lighthouses and lush gardens.
Susan and Chris also discuss how to best tour and photograph the park, whether traveling via its 27 miles of Park Loop Road, 57 miles of rustic carriage roads, 120 miles of hiking trails, or countless nautical miles of water. Topics will also include Acadia’s winter landscapes, its kaleidoscope of fall colors and how the park shines at night.

It's funny seeing the transcript spell Chimani as T-Money. I'm looking forward to using the app this summer.

Interesting how neither one of them can pronounce Ts. "Moun-an. Lol. I always thought it was pronounced "mounTAin". But what do I know. Maybe its a New York thing.
