    Great info. What I like about your analysis is that you actually include what in economic terms is called an “opportunity cost”. This makes your videos I believe the most accurate.

    I’m sure this has come up but I haven’t seen it yet. I’m feeding my cows my grass. Is it more economical to buy FSP food for the cows and selling the grass as silage or sending to through my BGA? I’m getting tired of shipping in pallets for my pigs. I haven’t been able to find a bulk option for bringing in pig feed and CCM at that FSP discount. I prefer to feed to cows grass I cut and bale. Never mind you answered it at the end. It’s more profitable to put the grass and hay through dairy cows. I also keep a silo full of beets for the winter.

      Ah glad I answered it, as I'd have had to go any and do some thinking. For bulk feeding of animals using the FSP I take a flat bed and autoload it full then empty the pallets in to a silo. I did this on my Greenlands let's play with I have 1,000's on chickens

      @@DisTurbedSimulations awesome, I had come up with a few less options. I would get the dueka truck and send it to the store then subtract money from my account and fill it with ccm using dev. Would also do that with a tipper for pig food. Autoloading pallets sounds much better than the tipper though.

      hate to trouble you, do you remember flat bed you used? i'm using a massive truck with a huge flat bed and it only loads 5 FSP pallets@@DisTurbedSimulations

      For videos like this I would have need using super strength. I think the basegame farmtech? flatbed holds a decent number

    been using maize plus since it was released, with grazing mod theres no need to gve tmr etc till there 26 months old. they can just live on the pasture grass. is that correct

    • @DisTurbedSimulations
      @DisTurbedSimulations  2 года назад +1

      If you have enough grass grazing will cover all their food needs any age. But you need a big pasture to do that

    Love this kind of managing numbera videos. My question is which numbers are more realistic, basegame or M+?

    • @DisTurbedSimulations
      @DisTurbedSimulations  2 года назад +1

      The numbers in Maizplus are based on people working in farming most of their lives so I tend to go with those

    One thing to take from this is... Buy cows at 18months old and use base game mechanics. At 28 months old install Maize+

    • @DisTurbedSimulations
      @DisTurbedSimulations  2 года назад

      With how profitable cows are with MaizePlus I don't think that's needed. Plus that means you won't have maizeplus food prepped like grass silage and maize silage

    Let’s say you have 80 cows that are 28 months old. According to both your video and maizeplus feeding excel those cows would produce 160,000liters of milk in a single day(1 day month). That’s 1,920,000 a year. Even on hard economy with an average price of 700-ish( using daily milk sale mod) that’s 1.34 billion. In one year. Only spending a small fraction of that on food you are at endgame cash in no time. It’s insane.

      @DisTurbedSimulations  Год назад +1

      Price per 1000L not price per L ;) so it is ~1.34 million. Still a lot but that's partly down the how Giants price milk. In the UK it's about half of what hard mode in FS I think
