Fireboltt is so pathetic, i have forgotten my watch password and connected with support to get it resolved however it turned out that they also have no solution for it, thank god my watch was under warranty so they initiated the repair/replacement of watch and i received the replacement parcel today which contain another smartwatch and this is not enough the box lokked like that it is a brand new smartwatch box with all the wrapping intact and then i opened the box and got shocked when i saw they have sent me a used smartwatch🤦 Now when i got angry on customer support they asked me to not shout and complaint again. What a pathetic service.

Fire-boltt is a Charso-beesiya brand, 3rd class brand. I have purchased a Expedition watch on 11 Nov 2023, and this is the 5th time i have returned the watch cause they send either it is different watch or defected watch, such a cheap company not a brand. Shameless, executives and their attitude towards customers, someone should take legal action if possible, cause they are disguising as well as scaming the customer with pathetic customer redressal.
