Ube Cheese Pandesal

- Ingredients
1 1/2c all purpose flour
3/4c bread flour
1/2tsp salt
2tbsp sugar
2tsp instant dry yeast
3/4c warm milk
1 egg
1 1/2 tbsp softened butter
2-3 tsp ube halaya (adjust to your liking)
1-2 tsp McCormick Ube flavor
cheese (any of your choice but preferably quickmelt)
bread crumbs
note: i forgot to put salt and egg in the video (i dont know why) but there should be salt and egg. but the result with the one without salt and egg were still soft, chewy and delicious :-)... plus, i dont want to record another video. haha. just dont forget to add salt and egg if you're making this recipe :-)

Wowww kakatakam naman gagawa ako nyan din...pero magtwist ako ng butterscotch cream instead of ube wala kasi akong halaya but gusto ko itry kung ano ang result din...

Bakit po ganun ginaya ko po itong recipe nyo kuya boyet una kong gawa may egg basang basa po ang dough so nagdagdag po ako flour tapos ng mabake ko po siya madali siya tumigas tapos di masyado dumidikit ang breaf crumps then gumawa po ulit ako ng pangalawa ganun pa din po matigas agad ang labas ng bread sa loob naman po okay saka bumibiyak po ano po mali ko?
I‘ve watched alot of videos about ube cheese pandesal and based on what I saw I think matigas ang kalalabasan nung pandesal 😂 konti lang yung butter ni Chef. Medyo dry na yung dough tapos nagdust pa sya ng flour. I think hindi rin na achieved yung desire elasticity nung dough/windowpane something test(not sure about the spelling hahaha) para masabi na ready na yung pandesal. The best yung cake recipes and tips ni Kuya Boyet(100% panalo) pero I think bog itong pandesal 😂✌🏼 anyway sabi naman nya first time din nya gumawa. Maybe cake ang forte nya at hindi tinapay. This is an honest opinion because I have made ube cheese pandesal successfully and this is not the best recipe.
May tip po is kapag basa(hindi sobra/ watery )yung mixture itry nyo muna i kneed sya at wag ma tempt mag add ng flour.try to kneed it first or add a bit of butter. Kasi titigas po talaga kapag add ng add ng flour. Kapag nag masa ako din ina abot ako ng 15 mins just to achieve the desire texture ng dough. At first may mixture talaga na basa tapos dumidikit sa kamay at sa table kaya maganda igrease din ang kamay pero itry nyo imasa muna kc habang tumatagal na minamasa nagiging form din yung dough yung hindi na sya makalat at dumidikit sa kamay at sa table. Ito ay based lang po sa experience ko. Anyway, good luck and happy baking !

Kuya boyet nakkhiya po pero mag ask na rin po ako first timer lang po kasi..if magbake po ng ganyan dpat nakalagay sa convection function ng oven? Salamat po
