WE ARE GETTING ALERTS THAT JUST SAY CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND WHEN WE CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT THEY JUST GIVE US A F** LINK WITH STEPS THAT WE GO THROUGH AND GET THE SAME ERROR RESULTING IN US HAVING TO CALL CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
