Hey this was really helpful! One of the more clear install videos. How did you remove the 3 straps that you won’t be using now that you have the gnoblin?
Glad it helped you out. And thank you for the kind words. So you still use the two forward straps that go down to the foot peg area. But if you are referring to the twist tie thing i used originally i cut it off. Im sure i could have eventually worked it off but after messing with it for 5 minutes i gave up and just cut it.
Thanks for the reply! I was referring to the 3 straps that are used for folks who don't have the knoblin! But I saw RTWPaul's video on the same subject and he used a flat head screwdriver to pry them out. This ended up working for me! Love your bike btw!@@redwoodchronicles
@GVMotoring thanks man and yeah if you watch the original video i did about the reckless 40L i never even used those straps. I just used the two to the pegs and a tie to secure the back cause otherwise it sat way to forward and covered the gas tank 🤙🏻
