I don't have the words right now to express how much I love you girls for loving the Beatle's so respectfully and faithfully. I have been a Beatle-maniac and a keeper of their history since Feb. 9, 1964; 13 years old and I knew the world had just changed. And it did. Now, Providence has given us the Mona Lisa twins to keep the music alive. Thank you, girls! You are both amazingly gifted!
As a huge Beatles, fan I absolutely agree. They stay true to the originals and put their own soft touches on it. (I detest Joe Cocker's "help from friends") Please don't butcher Beatles covers.
Oh my...this is the most beautiful and precious music video I've ever seen...bless your parents hearts for making the memories and you two very talented ladies for sharing this with us all. Angels are very real. 😊
This video and the song you chose just melts my heart. Such wonderful images of the two of you, watching you grow up together and the bond you must share. I thought I was falling in love with you two, now I'm sure.
These young ladies repeatedly leave me with a large lump in my throat (it's the harmonies), and the way they add a beautiful new subtle twist to so many (already) great hits of the 60's & 70's is sublime. What should be mentioned is a very loving Mum & Dad, who not only recognised the immense talent, but also lovingly & nuturilngly ( if that is a word) supported & promoted/pushed these girls' musical careers. The originals, and the covers, always leave me gob-smacked, lovely, innit?
This just appeared on my feed quite randomly, but I am glad it did great meories and a great version. A group of us went to The Cavern on my birthday several years ago, because I told them how great you were. They all agreed, and we had a fantastic night. Adopted scousers, always doing credit to The Beatles. Hope we get to see you again sometime soon.
How ,lovely to be able to look back on your life.My twin sister and I [71 years old] have 4 photographs of our younger days that's all............Poor baby's.
It truly is something special to have a soulmate, someone with whom you can grow together through the years, sharing love, support, and companionship. That deep connection is a rare and beautiful gift that many admire and envy-a bond that weathers life's changes, making the journey more meaningful. My family Loves you girls
I love the Beatles, I adore this song, I am a mom, my 7 years daughters are twins, I couldn't stop crying when I watched this video... you killed me thank you for being sooo generous ... I love you
I'm 65 years old and watching your old home movies makes me think of watching them on TV in 1964. I was 11 and that started a lifelong love of music. In high school, I saved enough to get a black Rickenbacker 325 which I loved but had to sell years later due to job loss. Seeing her play the 350 made me smile jealously while watching. Anyway, thanks for the wonderful videos and for sharing your talent with the world. P.S. A huge shout out to your parents for raising such great girls. Much love and continued success.
Wow, again. Not only did The Beatles write a song for you before you were born but you found it and made it your own (OK, great, but you do that so often that it hurts). Beyond that, Rudi & Michaela capture your early years and development on video (obviously (?) knowing they'd need it!) and some combination of the four of you put this amazing montage together and set it to the song. Somebody (probably Rudi) had obviously always known there would be a thing called Yoochoob one day. So it all comes together and is sent out to the world. Along comes old Beatles fan and new MLT fan me and stumbles (just about) into the first million people to see it. Have you any idea how wonderful this is? You probably think you do but, from where I'm sitting right now, you're WRONG. Thank you for all you all do. Gonna watch it again now.
Okay, the truth is you girls had me at "hello". I have listened to almost everything you covered and - being a child of the 60's and an artist myself having covered much of that era too, I was very impressed. BUT when I saw the video you used for this great song, I simply fell in love with both of you. It is so sweet, so loving and so true ... very honest. Some artists would shy away from some of those images, but you embraced them and I love you for it. Hooray for your parents for capturing your special childhood on film and for whatever they did to lead to you developing into such wonderful women with warm hearts, good humor and love toward each other and the World. I wish you every success in the Universe. Brian.
Wow! Great parents took all those videos. That's how you do it. Enough to make this grown 53 yr old guy cry.. very beautiful song put to your creativity using your memories so we can see them. Thank you! We all needed that! 😍🥰
I can’t put into words adequately how much I love your version of this classic Beatles song. The video compliments it so well, showing your journey from loveable babies to gorgeous and mature young women. I am truly a huge fan of you and your music. I was around near Liverpool when the Beatles started out on their journey to superstardom and they truly changed popular culture forever. Now we have the MonaLisa twins with their magnificent interpretation of the Beatles music and fantastic original songs. What’s not to love. Can’t wait for your new album. I hope I can see you live before to long.
It looks as if the song was made for you.... Apple should allow this to be the official video of the song. You are making covers with such a feeling that the original artists must be proud...I am happy to listen to you. cheers!!!

Father of five children, including two twins monosigotes in late siblings, all musicians, thank you for making me realize how this song and this video comforts me in the adventure and happiness that is having twins. Cheers from France

Et en plus vous êtes belles, vous êtes splendides :-)
It is an old video, but watching you sisters childhood reminded me of my twin brother and I best moments. We're still best friends, as it seems you also are. Thank you for the wonderful clip!
So beautiful! You girls are gonna cry when you look back at this video when you become my age (67). And thanks for playing these songs. I play 50's / 60's songs in the SF Bay Area. We must keep this music alive. Glad you're doing your own songs now too.
As a father of twin boys, i know that twins are more than one+one. You do tribute and honour for these great old ageless songs. Thx..greetings from Finland.
Giving this video just a plain old "like" is NOT ENOUGH !!! It's so very good both musically and emotionally , the home movies are so endearing and the way it was put together is such a joy to watch. LOVE IT !!!
What a wonderful video. Watching Mona and Lisa growing up is an assurance that there is still hope for us all. The smiles starting from little babies just brings tears of joy to my eyes. And I don't tear easily. So glad that their parents took these videos and are able to add them to videos when appropriate. Thank you for keeping the spirit of the 60's alive!!
Darling Mona and Lisa, I've always thought you were special, but this is so well put together with the music! It also confirms, you weren't born as a blond and a fiery redhead! Love you, love your music.
I watched this film several times now and still think it may be one of the most beautiful tributes to family life (of course having four daughters myself may be influencing my judgment). Regardless, I love this video and play it whenever feeling a bit nostalgic. Thank you for sharing a glimpse into your family life.🥰
I'm a little late commenting, saw this today for the first time. Absolutely sobbing right now; such a wonderful rendition of the song, but the video is what broke me. I've just begun rekindling my relationship with my brother after several decades of benign neglect, and this hit me in just the right spot. An injection of hope that we'll never let each other slip away again. Thank you both, with all my love.
You have transformed this simple Beatle tune into a beautifully evocative paean to the joys of family love, growing up, and shared creativity. You have a lovely family.
Wow man!!....totally far out. A Beatles fan from the beginning, you ladies don't just cover, but make it your own. Lovely harmonies. Wonderful video of you two. I'm new to your music, 65 years young and a widower...and I find it very refreshing, not only your covers, but your own music as well. Keep up the great music. Peace, Love and Happiness
This is one of the most beautiful and touching videos I’ve ever seen. You women are gorgeous and so lucky to have each other. Your music is great. I am now a huge fan. Peace.
My wife and I just discovered you a couple of weeks ago and can't get enough. Everything you do is spot on perfect, and the way you capture the Beatles is so perfectly respectful, fresh and thoroughly enjoyable. Please put Boston on your next tour schedule.
What a phenomenal family! The girls are lucky to have Rudi and Michaela, and they are lucky to have the Twins. It's a win win for their family and a win for us fans! :-)
I've watched so many of your videos and played your last 2 albums more times than I can count. This one is such a gem - you do such a great tribute to the Beatles while also making a wonderful scrapbook style video of your childhood 🤠💖💖💖👍 You do more than simply 'cover a song', but you take it in and make it your own! 😁
I LOVE these old Family movies of Mona and Lisa. It's great to see these 2 Girls grow up to be very talented Musicians and Singers. I nominate it for an Academy Award!
You made me cry...This is a beautiful song and seeing you grow up and matching the lyrics with some images...It was very touching. Cheers from Colombia
Okay girls it's you two against the world and with the smiles on your faces the world's losing and thank goodness we need more laughter and smiles nowadays for sure
If this song were written specifically for you two, it couldn't be a more obviously perfect choice. The impeccable care and polish with which you craft your songs are simply stunning, but it is the warmth and humanity with which you imbue them that is truly winning. Simply irresistible.
You girls are--- girls?? young ladies! - are so lucky to have each other and that bond that can't be broken. Thank you for sharing this and your talents
This is so amazing. That your parents made films of you throughout your entire life. It's as if they had a feeling you were gonna be special someones. Wonderful, the way you had shots to match all the parts of the song. You were then just as you are now : funny and cheerful. Just as cute then as now and always making people feel good. I love you both. Thanks for the great feelings you bring to me and everyone.
axiomist Absolutely agree with you. A very clever video, beautifully sung and produced by a beautiful, talented family. I love everything you girls do.
You are the only artist I can enjoy listening to Beatles songs besides the Beatles! I always get the same feeling and memories from your song versions than any other artist covering the Beatles including all the tribute bands over the last 40 years! Great job, keep up the great work.
I always dreamt of having an identical twin. It was delightful to catch a glimpse of you both growing up. You married the images to the music perfectly! Thanks for sharing your talent!
I so love you guys. You remind me of me and my best friend from childhood. We had our first band, we did so many Beatle songs, than 60 and 50s stuff. Of course we are in our 60s and the music was different growing up, but -then again, no it wasn't. You are so cool, beautiful and if you ever come to Los Angeles, let me know, I would lvoe to meet you and thank you for the happy foot tapping you caused me. JOhn Vielen Vielen Dank
You 2 always bring a giant smile to my usually stone face. You warm my soul. You have such a pure and bright energy. Angelic in nature, your energy travels straight through and penetrates deep into my heart and for the brief time while I'm watching you the world becomes a wonderful place.
Simply put - 'cute overload'! Aside from that, your love for The Beatles proves again and again, that the real art (music in this case), transcends generations and will live forever. My first encounter with The Beatles music happened in (gasp...) 1967, when I was (another gasp...) 13! It was on a Soviet made reel tape recorder, with all the hisses and noise coming thru from the tape, after countless copying of the taped copies of the original LP, smuggled somehow to the Soviet Union! As I learned much later, that record was the 'Rubber Soul'...Still that was a love at first sight (or rather listening). Since then I've carried that love along with me all the way to this day, and hopefully will do it for a long time beyond it. Thank you so much!
Of course I love the Beatles but this song "The Two of Us" that Paul wrote for Linda is special. My wife of 50 years is an Identical twin and your spiritual connection to each other is a 100% reflection of how she and her sister are - more than a sisterly bond - its spiritual and complete. When my wife gets back from her daily walk -it dawned on me to put on the phones and watch this video - because I see her and her sister in almost every thing you do here. Twins are unique and special. My wife's twin is married to my lifelong friend - the bass player of our band for over 40 years. We have breakfast 4 mornings per week at McDonalds and discuss the wives. Now at 70 years old we fear the worst thing that could happen is to have one of the "Pass away:- no for us but for the remaining twin. It is something that we both fear terribly because that loss must be the worst loss of them all. Keep up your singing - you guys are not only talented musicians and wonderful young ladies - but something special for being twins. We have so many ID twins in our family. I follow you in all your music. and I enjoy it. I also support 2 well known Beatles tribute bands so of course I love tour music and arrangements especially - not knockoffs - original covers.
What a wonderful life you've had so far. And "it's getting better all the time." I'm old enough to have grown up with all these wonderful songs that you both cover. I know them all by heart, every word. And you twins are doing them soooooooo well. So many girls now chasing up with the boys when it comes to making pop music. You two are the best example. And so much nicer to listen and watch. No stiff upper lips here! I'm happy, and proud, that you love to play the songs of my youth. I'll be 64 next birthday, and that day I will listen to your version of... well you know which one.
The twins are fearless they let us see their vulnerable side and their innermost thoughts with their beautiful original music like wide wide land and still a friend of mine proud to be able to listen and enjoy upbeat and groovy originals and covers of the great sixties and seventies especially the Beatles
These covers you are doing of The Beatles songs are just so wonderful. And the video that went with this one was so adorable. I felt like I was watching you two grow up right before my eyes. And to think less than 24 hours ago I had never heard of you. You're bringing me a lot of joy listening to you do the songs from the greatest band in the history of bands. Keep it going.
What a fabulous video , ending up on stage with Steve Harley @ holt if I'm not mistaken ! First time I saw the girls live actually . fabulous harmonies , beautiful clear crisp fresh voices, both with a multitude of talent.Absolutely delightfull to discover . Outstanding . Had the good fourtune To see them live on tour recently with Steve Harley, where they sang a song called wide wide land & I don't know birds that well . Absolutely mesmerising & captivating . Their presence on stage infused a special brilliance. So its with thanks to him ( Steve Harley ) I am now discovering the wonderfull colourful tapestry of their never ending kalidascope of creations & talent here on RUclips . Absolutely magical .
I'm not crying, YOU'RE crying! 🥰 OMG... I can't even fathom how I've gone so many years not knowing you existed. I just discovered you today and have spent the last 3-4 hours doing nothing but playing your videos and being utterly awestruck. As so many have expressed in the comments, you have such a unique passion and respect for the Beatles' music that shows even in some of your original songs. Combine that with your amazingly multi-faceted talents that were so obviously nurtured by loving and supportive parents (and each other!), and you have a truly magical combination that's unlike anything I've ever heard before. Despite only having "known" you for a few hours, this beautiful tribute to your journey together was overwhelmingly emotional for me. Thank you so much for sharing your voices and your joy with all of us.
I just discovered this channel a few weeks ago. I love all of this old music. Classic Rock is my favorite & I grew up listening to it. I'm only 23, but I absolutely love all this music. I saw another comment about New England. If you guys ever come to the Massachusetts/Rhode Island area I would love to be able to see you guys. I love going to concerts. I just saw The Doobie Brothers & Steely Dan last night at the XFinity Center in Mansfield, Ma. My favorite venues are the XFinity Center, the DCU Center in Worcester, Ma & Indian Ranch in Webster, Ma.
J.D. Spence I am so pleased that these fabulous girls love this musical era too. I really enjoy their channel.
Completely agree JD. Their version of This Boy dare I say is as good as the original and I don't say that easily
Love the videos really go well with the songs
Bravo! My thoughts, exactly!
As a huge Beatles, fan I absolutely agree. They stay true to the originals and put their own soft touches on it.
(I detest Joe Cocker's "help from friends")
Please don't butcher Beatles covers.
Oh my...this is the most beautiful and precious music video I've ever seen...bless your parents hearts for making the memories and you two very talented ladies for sharing this with us all. Angels are very real. 😊
So cute with all of that old video footage! Beautifully rendered song
This video and the song you chose just melts my heart. Such wonderful images of the two of you, watching you grow up together and the bond you must share. I thought I was falling in love with you two, now I'm sure.
Oh my God, the home movies are precious.

This video shows that their talent and success is due to how they grew up as one with each other. They are so lucky to have this rare experience.
I love the Beatles, I adore this song, I am a mom, my 7 years daughters are twins, I couldn't stop crying when I watched this video... you killed me thank you for being sooo generous ... I love you
@dontzenyourselfout な
Absolutely!

It's so touching to see the two of you as babies, toddlers, preadolescents, adolescents, and young adults. You really do inspire love.
What a wonderful home movie by the amazing singers...simple beautiful.
You two have a way of making this "old" man tear up when I see your videos and hear your beautiful voices. Thank you for the joy you bring.
The Beatles wrote such great choruses, the kind that get stuck in your head, they were very talented song writers.

Now I feel like I've known both of you forever. Love your music. I grew up in the 60's so it's really special.
Thanks, Mona and Lisa for sharing this delightful video and for doing such an amazing rendition of this song! It’s a classic!
Giving this video just a plain old "like" is NOT ENOUGH !!! It's so very good both musically and emotionally , the home movies are so endearing and the way it was put together is such a joy to watch. LOVE IT !!!
Totally agree,great video and uplifting.
Absolutely wonderful. I just love you gals! And God Bless your Dad and Mom for their creations.
I see I'm not the only one who happily cried looking this video. God bless you and your wonderful family!

Perfect video and tune for the twins. See the Lord all ready knew they would be here as they are.
I watched this film several times now and still think it may be one of the most beautiful tributes to family life (of course having four daughters myself may be influencing my judgment). Regardless, I love this video and play it whenever feeling a bit nostalgic. Thank you for sharing a glimpse into your family life.🥰
As a twin who has twins of his own, this video was very enjoyable. Thanks!
Never have I seen such a talent after the Beatles and the 60s. I love you, girls!
That was just downright precious.
Класс!Такое впечатление,что Beatles написали песню именно для Вас, MonaLisa! Настолько органично и гармонично!

I've always considered this one an under-appreciated gem. Thanks for giving it the love it deserved.
You two must have had great parents you must always thank them and god for being so blessed.
You have transformed this simple Beatle tune into a beautifully evocative paean to the joys of family love, growing up, and shared creativity. You have a lovely family.
I hardly ever say things as sappy as this, but this video is absolutely adorable.
Thank you Mum and Dad for sharing a little of their wonderful life and a great song with it, I love it

What a beautiful pair of lovely children who blossomed into a revered singing duo. Much happiness to the Mona-Lisa Twins. 🌹🌹
Sweetest thing I've ever seen. And your Beatles cover is simply perfect!

This has to be my favourite among your Beatles covers. Adds such a new depth to the original with the video concept!
Didn't realise just how much I love this song till I heard your version

axiomist Absolutely agree with you. A very clever video, beautifully sung and produced by a beautiful, talented family. I love everything you girls do.
Who was the evil twin that pushed the other over, made her cry, and laughed !? Lovely song, with a great video that accompanied it perfectly.
You said it all.. and well !! axiomist. Love the mood these girls bring on me. Wish the best always for'em and familiars! ✌️💜🎶🎸
I love this! So cute and such talent. Two of you!

This has got to be one of the greatest music based Videos of all time. How can we give it the prominence it deserves?
Well, you just cut to the “dad part” of my heart with this one. Life goes in fast forward.
I always dreamt of having an identical twin. It was delightful to catch a glimpse of you both growing up. You married the images to the music perfectly! Thanks for sharing your talent!
That represents an incredible amount of archive work! Well done, whoever the editor and archivist was.

great song and what a good idea this video....
Thanks for your many lovely comments!
The "Two of You" did this song proud.
Your songs ( covers and originals) are simply breathtaking.
I love the sisters ! Girls with angel voices ! Lovely !
What a SWEET video. Perfect for this song, and finishing at the Cavern Club was a VERY nice touch. Awesome!
And "it's getting better all the time."
I'm old enough to have grown up with all these wonderful songs that you both cover.
64 Oh my God....sounds like one of the beatles song: just wonder to know: Did he still need & feed you in 64...lol😂
This is the best video I've ever seen.. Really.
What a treasure to the world you sweet precious ladies are. Every video hits me right in the heart. It's like watching 2 precious pure puppies play.
This is the most beautiful thing I've heard in the last two months. Makes me cry. Congrats.
Greets from Argentina.
This is a perfect pairing of home movies with a great song. It fits Mona and Lisa just as well as it did John and Paul. Tremendously moving!
Another amazingly fantastic version! The video could not have been more perfect for the song.
The cutest kids ever, grow up to be the most beautiful and talented young women of all time. Your parents must be so proud.

Beatlemania and MonaLisa forever, keep on rocking! ✌😊🎸
2 cute! Luv it... Thanks Mona, Thanks Lisa!
Such a poignant video .I always enjoy your musicianship and vocals. You capture the spirit of the beatles tunes very well!
My favorite venues are the XFinity Center, the DCU Center in Worcester, Ma & Indian Ranch in Webster, Ma.
beautiful children - very beautiful memories and perfect cover... again
I just started watching tgese twins this weekend and am now a big fan. Great choice of songs performed beautifully.

All I can say is you two must be the pride and joy of your dad. I would have loved to have such beautiful and talented kids like you!
