The public should NOT see the jury instructions before the actual jury hears the instructions....that is obvious. Why should the public ever know anything before the jury?? The public can "receive" the instructions simultaneously with the jurors. The lawyers needed to know ahead of time to help craft their closing arguments.

@cadehuff7936 Yes, there is. You must be licensed by the Bar of each state you practice law in.
@@Lacey_Face actually, there is not and you do not need to be. The "license" is nothing more than membership to a private club.
You can search the SCOTUS cases regarding the licensing of the practice of law. The state cannot license the practice of law as it is a common occupation. I can represent anyone in a matter of law if I so choose. I better know the law though as my client would be tossed in jail if I did not.
Here is one thing you can do...call your state AG and ask where to find the state licensing requirements to be a lawyer. They will not be able to show you. The BAR is not part of the government. The government cannot require you to be a member of any organization as it would violate the 1st amendment(you know, the right of association). The judicial branch is also part if tge government and they too cannot require a license,nor any membership. Now what they do have is a certificate that let's lawyers and attorneys to represent wards of the state, minors and incompetents. Now one thing that the judicial branch does is try to have everyone an officer of the court. This way, the court always has jurisdiction, even when they shouldn't. Did you know that lawyers and attorneys currently cannot challenge jurisdiction or they will be kicked out of their club? It is one of the things on their no no list.
So, go and do some research on the law "license". It is a sham.
And finally, all licenses are controlled by the state licensing board. If they do not have it, you can't get it.

His decisions in the Trump case has a direct impact on her career success hence the conflict of interest.

The judge overlooked, and bypassed "Probable Cause pre-trial hearing", and picked a jury WITHIN THE 1st WEEK, NEVER BEEN DONE,!!!!! STANDARD JURY INSTRUCTION: If you find that any witness has lied in any of his/her testimony at any point while on the stand, them you MUST dismiss ALL of their testimony.
There is no legitimate reason to keep the jury instructions secret. For every trial the presumption should be full release unless some redaction is needed such as an anonymous party or witness. After such redaction as is necessary to protect the secret identity then the jury instructions should still be published.
