    Now I'm extra curious what kind of herbs & spices you chose. I don't necessarily need to know what they can be used for medicinally, as I'm sure that can be researched. However, a full list of those spices for Bushcraft cooking could be useful 😉 keep pumping out the great content!

    Make sure and use the ceylon cinnamon. Ceylon Cinnamon Ceylon, or "true cinnamon," is native to Sri Lanka and southern parts of India. It's made from the inner bark of the Cinnamomum verum tree. Ceylon is tan-brown in color and contains many tight sticks with soft layers. These features provide a highly desirable quality and texture. Cassia cinnamon can be toxic to the liver...

    Watching you has been inspiring for me. I had made my own saddlebags for my Harley a long time ago. I had never thought of using vaseline on the leather though. Is that a 'One time' application, or something to add once in a while?? **Or, rather, do you need to keep reapplying it?** Very cool!!

    • @StepOneSurvival
      @StepOneSurvival  5 лет назад

      One time. Baseball players apply it to catchers mits to break them in. I'm breaking in the leather

    love this! as an herbalist student, I have a tiny complaint :D the bottle sizes need to be bigger like 2oz -6oz or 8-16 oz. it's not often a 1oz is used unless there holding Medison droppers then 1oz is nearly always used and given to the client. so taller spacing would be needed. love the way it flips out for a quick and easy grab. But the outer parts would need to be harder to protect the glass when working on the ground or hard surfaces. :D I said all that to say I'm interested but there need to be some modifications. if you would like to sell your work. How long do leather things last? how much would this coust?

    • @StepOneSurvival
      @StepOneSurvival  2 года назад +1

      Take care of it and I've got leather items from WWl and ll that are like new. You could make this for $20
