There is something about watching 1980's promos that puts a smile on my face! Jennifer Keyte was a great presenter and she was humane as well! I must admit that I didn't watch 7 news that much as a kid because I watched 10 news mostly and sometimes 9 news...Catchy theme song via the 80's news promos as well.
New Zealand used to have quality news and current affairs until the late 1990's when both of the main channels had two presenters and focused on personalities. Both channels treat news and current affairs as entertainment shows instead of news and current affairs
