I had a cyst on my right overy when I was 14 years old. My girlfriend had one also. We had surgery on the same morning. Same doctor's,. Same church. Same hospital and they even put us in the same room. It wasn't even planned. We both had
a lot of pain and went to E.R. It was GOD'S PLAN. We both felt better having each other to support one another. Plus, our mom's had each other. Pastor had prayed for both of us in JESUS'S NAME AMEN
When Sarah started crying about not being able to pick up Jack I started crying too. Mother’s love is strong.

Wishing you the best. I had my last son when I was 43 and suffered from Endometriosis 2 years after, excruciating pain. Since I was old to begin with (lol) and not planning on any more children I opted for a hysterectomy, this was after them removing the Endometriosis once and it coming back again. Everyone is different, I am sending you prayers for a quick recovery. You three are awesome. Much love 💙
I'm also an Endo girl and when your moon cycle comes along aleve is one of the best for the pain. I was lucky enough to have a OB GYN parent. I was taking naproxyn/aleve when it still needed a perscription and was called anaprox, I was 13 with endo. Don't take it before bed, it will keep you up all night(no idea why, happens to my sister too) and make sure to take it with food and liquid.
Yayy ovary saved, I know the birth control set back is hard. Remember your body needs time to heal and be strong and healthy to carry a baby. You got this, take good care of yourself, heal and love on that sweet widdle boy who looks just like my son at that age. Wishing you the best healing vibes and blessings to you and yours.

I had the same issue. But with cysts on both overies and a lot of damage. Had the surgery a year after our first baby, took the birth control for a year. Went off, got pregnant within 2 weeks. Repeat… 4 years later …# 3 ! 🥰 now I’m 54 with three children and 8 grandchildren!!!! I wish you both the same beautiful miracles!!
So thankful they got the endometriosis out. I've had that and it is very painful. Mine was so advanced that I had to have a full hysterectomy. Good news for you that getting pregnant in a few months is still possible. God bless you all.

Oh girl. I feel for ya. I had endometriosis, in fact, I lost an ovary and a fallopian tube due to the severity of it. I had 2 kids several years after that. And it came back. But you're gonna get through this. Now that they know, they know and they'll monitor you. And there have been advancements, I mean look at you! They were able to save those ovaries of yours. Have faith and keep on keepin on. You got this. 🤜🤛

My heart goes out to you and my thoughts and prayers are with you. In the course of four years I had five ovarian cysts and ended up losing the Ovary. So as you described the pain I immediately thought Oh no, I hope she doesn’t have endometriosis. As that was what I learned I had, and eventually I had to have a hysterectomy. Back in the 70s they were not using lasers yet to eradicate endometriosis. I am so thankful for medical progress and that the doctor was able to clean up the area and detach the scar tissue that attaches to other organs and tissue. Your husband was stellar in his support and care of you. You are truly blessed.

I’ve had endo for over half of my life and I’ve had 3surgeries and each has had more and more endo inside and removed by my surgeons. It does suck but it helps to have a supportive husband to carry you through the hard pain days!

I had Endometriosis when I was 25 which was several years ago, at that time a full hysterectomy was the only option. Thank god they have other surgical options now for your family. Glad she is doing better.
I have lived w/ endo AND crohns disease plus dealt w/ fibroid cysts for over 15yrs now,,,, not a fun ride, but its do'able 👍 Can't say the same if not for my 4 blessings!! ❤ You'll do it for Jack & your future lil beings 🥰🥰🥰🥰 hugs,,, u got this 💪
Your story is so much like mine! Hopefully your surgery will heighten your ability to conceive. All 3 of my pregnancies came after emergency surgeries for chocolate cysts and endometriosis probs. I was all cleaned up inside and able to conceive, I’m guessing. May God be with you and your sweet family.

I also had a " chocolate cyst" on my left ovary. Unfortunately for me the cyst broke and caused the ovary and the tube to explode also. Lots of pain. My OB/GYN did have surgery scheduled for me but I guess my body had different plans for me. It exploded 2 days before I was going into the hospital for surgery. DO follow doctors directions. Save yourself a lot of grief. Heal well! You are in my prayers ❤
Prayers for a speedy recovery Sarah, hopefully being on meds for a few months your body will be nicely prepared for baby #2. I know y'all were planning on baby #2 soon after surgery, but remember the Bible says that God's ways are higher than our ways; also the mind of man plans his way but the Lord directs his steps... Open your Bibles and be reminded of the hope God gives His children. Derrick you are a wonderful caregiver, and Jack brings the comic relief. You are a precious family, thank you for sharing your lives with us.

Yeah they pump air into you to get everything out of the way of everything else and that air is what's causing the burping. My Mom had endometriosis (they thought I had it but didn't) which can get really bad, so VERY happy they were able to take care of it for her. Many advances in medicine to help these days. And yes birth control helps a lot!! Hopefully you don't have to be on it long and can get pregnant right away!! Good luck on everything. 🙏❤️🙏
I had endometriosis too. Took me 3 years to get pregnant with the help of Clomid to get pregnant with my first son. After that my OBGYN said to keep putting the “buns “ in the oven as quick as we could to keep the endometriosis down. I had 2 more babies a girl and a boy and all of them were 22 months apart. So basically by the time each one was 13 m old I tried to get pregnant again. And it worked! Have faith. All will be well!!

Hi all. I had Endometriosis, fibroids the size of lemons, cervical and ovarian tumors that were cancerous. I totally understand and feel ya. That is painful. I found mine when a cyst on my left ovary burst and sent me to the hospital. Within a six year span I had several surgeries, 2 were major surgeries with complications. Praying for a fast recovery and all goes well with conceiving baby #2. Love you guys 💖
Sarah my prayers are with you!!! Jack sounds so much like Chewbacca. I had endometriosis and yes the pain is so unbearable!
It is also considered as pre cancer. My obgyn said it was attached to my back and outside the uterus. I know some doctors suggest for you to stay on the pill for 3 straight months without having a period. It helps to suppress the hormones and when you’re ready to get pregnant then you are more able to conceive. Sarah glad to see that everything went smoothly and successfully. Men just don’t know what we women go through sometimes. Lol
My sister had an ectopic pregnancy which is a fertilized egg in the fallopian tube which erupted and needed to be removed. She became pregnant a year later and my niece in 37 years old! You’re blessed with a beautiful boy! Just take it one day at a time.😘

I had endometriosis and adnomiosis and have four kids. It is more painful even in pregnancy but it is manageable. Praying for a quick recovery and fertility. 🥰🥰🥰

They took 1 of my ovaries out with a tubal pregnancy. They said I probably won't get pregnant again, well within a year I was pregnant again. Had a healthy baby boy.

Thank you both for bringing more awareness to ENDOMETRIOSIS 👍!!! I personally went undiagnosed with ENDOMETRIOSIS and it UNFORTUNATELY TURNED INTO CANCER💔😭!!! I was able to have 3 MIRACLE CHILDREN!!! And then I had to have an emergency hysterectomy at 30!!! But luckily my daughter was DIAGNOSED EARLY AT 15 WITH ENDOMETRIOSIS AND HAS BEEN ABLE TO GET TREATMENT FOR IT, SO THAT SHE WILL NOT HAVE TO GO THROUGH ANYTHING TRAUMATIC AS I DID 👍!!!
So sorry Sara, that it took an endometrioma for you to get a diagnosis for Endometriosis 💔😭!!! I am glad however, that your ovary was saved 👍❣️ If you don't want to go on BC, I would seek a second opinion!!! In my honest opinion, I wouldn't go on BC, if you're thinking of having kids, I would just start TRYING 👍❣️ BC can mess you up even MORE 💔. We did IVF with our OLDEST SON, IUI with our DAUGHTER and our YOUNGEST SON IS A LITERAL MIRACLE!!! I was on Chemotherapy and to this day we have no idea how he survived, other than it was GOD'S PLAN FOR HIM 👍🥰❣️ HE JUST TURNED 19 THIS PAST SUNDAY!!! I had a fantastic TEAM OF DRS!!! ULTIMATELY, GOD IS THE GREATEST PHYSICIAN 👍!!! I PUT MY TOTAL FAITH IN HIM!!! Might not be what works for you... But it's what I needed 👍. You & your Ohana are in thoughts and prayers 🙏💕❣️

You explained it perfectly. I started to deal with endometriosis at the age of 12 and I was lucky to have one child but eventually had to have a complete hysterectomy at the age of 26 because I had 9 laparoscopy surgery by the time my daughter was 7 and I finally came to terms that I couldn't have anymore and I was done with having surgeries. Ever since my hysterectomy I have now suffered with menopause but menopause has nothing like having endometriosis and the pain is practically gone. I believe the studies are 1 in 3 women get it. I hope Sarah gets better soon. I get extreme pain during my period but it's inconsistent. Sometimes I fall on the floor sweating and screaming and we need to call a nurse to come and give me an injection, but that only happened twice so far in the past year. Other than that pretty bad pain. I dunno if I have endometriosis but I've been thinking of getting checked for a while

Prayers and best wishes for the family and a speedy recovery for Sarah. Removing the endometriosis is a good thing because if unattended it can cause so much pain and even infertility . Sarah being so healthy and body conscious will help her recovery too. Just don’t overdo it. ♥️

Hi Sarah and Derick! Hi Jack!! 🙂 I have a story about my experience and I’m gonna try to not make it long 🤞This was in 2007, I had just turned 34 I believe. I was having a bad time w/my back so I had an MRI. They found a mass on my ovary and just let my back pain go 🙃 They couldn’t biopsy it so I was sent 2 hrs away (I live in the middle of nowhere) to a women’s center. The doc there told me I had a cyst on my ovary that was up to 8lbs! Since I had my daughter in 1995 and we didn’t really want any more kids, I had a complete hysterectomy except the doctor decided to leave my other ovary to get me through menopause. My operation was 3 hours also and I was operated on by a robot named Di Vinci. Recovery was so hard because I had like 50 staples in me. You are doing so awesome Sarah!! Every day you will get more better than the last. The good Lord sometimes sends us blessings in the most unexpected places. Praying you have a healthy and speedy recovery 🙏 My husband was wonderful and amazing through it all and I do believe Derick is cut from the same cloth👍 God Bless y’all!! ✝️♥️
Your son is absolutely gorgeous!! I feel for you Sarah because I know that pain all too well. I had to have a hysterectomy when I was in my early 30's because I was misdiagnosed and my endometriosis grew for 5 years. It was tangled and wrapped all through everything. My daughter also had it and also had a hysterectomy. I'm so glad they caught yours early and got it taken care of.

I'd like to suggest that you guys video yourselves reading baby books to Jack. He will be able to look back at it and your grandkids will enjoy hearing gram and gramps read to their Daddy. Plus when Jack wants to spend time with you guys and you are taking care of his new little sibling, he can tap on a 'Reading to Jack' video and see you reading to him 😉.
Sarah, I was diagnosed with endometriosis right before marriage and went on to have 4 wonderful kids. The birth control pills really reduced the pain to almost nothing and we had no trouble getting pregnant when we wanted to. It will be ok!

I have same thing to it can be a lot with no problems no pain or you can have very little like I have and have tremendous pain discomfort problems and everything it just depends on you so they can go in and scrape it out and take it all out but it will come back you will never be free of endo you will always have it it always grows back

I’m having sympathy pain for you. I have pcos and endometriosis and it’s caused so many issues with my period being regular and as little pain as possible. I had a cyst on one of my ovaries last year and they said it would go away on its own so I thought that meant it would slowly go down in size. Nope one day I felt a horrible pain like no other and went to have another ultrasound asap and turns out the cyst burst. I’m so sorry mama I hope you heal soon! ❤️

I'm so happy all of you are okay!!! I had endometriosis. I was diagnosed at 16 and told I couldn't have children because of how bad it already was. I have 4 beautiful children, 2 boys and 2 girls. I've had to undergo a partial hysterectomy a few years ago because of complications from other issues. I believe God will bless the both of you with all the happiness and joy of Jack and another beautiful baby (hopefully a girl). Take care and I'll pray for all of you to have all the best. I just had to say how beautiful Sarah is.
I've dealt with endometriosis allot in my lifetime so I know the pain you are talking about. I had the same surgery you had as well. The only difference is I also had my appendix rupture prior and the scar tissue also was a factor so I was lucky to have one child. I had to remain in birth control until I was in my mid 40s and thought I was going thru menopause and ended up having a hysterectomy due to all the pain. It was the best decision for me!

Wishing you a speedy recovery, if it’s any help and if you’re looking for a natural remedy, I’d recommend endovan instead of birth control pills.
