It is the rare, the other is actually called magic-warped packet, and doesn't contain clovers

@@johnwalters1806 legendaries are not hard because of mystic clovers, what even is the point if there's already time-gates for everything else? This is just longer. Plus with the old daily login, players with alt accounts already have everything in the game by barely playing. Does it makes sense to you?
