I learned my lesson a long time ago when I did 9 years straight for something that I thought was going to get me on top of the world , man waa I wrong , young vatos out there don't believe the bullshit be careful who your friends are , it's not a good feeling when they put the blame on you and they walk away . . . . . .this world as cruel people in it. .
I don’t write comments on RUclips, but I wanted to tell you that your story really inspired me. You have real guts to be that honest. I discovered your channel last year in Buffalo, NY, after I sat for the Uniform Bar Exam. I wanted to learn how to do shot caller burpees. I agree with everything you said. Next week I will submit my paperwork to be admitted to the NY Bar. My plan is to share your story with my clients who might be facing jail time. As Malcolm Little, a chilly pimp who got sentenced to a few years, said “it can be alive or dead time, depends on how you use it”. So Malcolm dedicated himself to improving his mind and his heart. And he took X as his last name. Your story is similar. Keep on doing what you’re doing.

You remind me of my uncles and cousins, they lived a hard life. Especially the way you speak, my uncle who was always in and out of prison doesnt like talking about why he went in. But, he tells me and my cousins those stories to show us why we need to be careful. And he always ends up crying and becomes very humble when he tells us about what he did. So listening to you is like listening to my uncle, and even to this day he still Carries what he did and forever will carry it. But now he is alot better, and now a great father to not just his own kids but to me and the rest of us nephews.

Anybody who is really trying to change their life for real and for the better, can relate one way or another. It takes a real man accepting his mistakes to overcome his own demons. I try to come at ppl with a cool calm attitude as I’m usually easy to get along with, I can get along with anyone but sometimes ppl rub me the wrong way whether they know it or not and I slip up sometimes I’m not gunna lie I bring static back at them but most of the time I’ll step back and just be like you know, something bad must of happened in their life to be how they are and sometimes it’s just the vicious cycle for those unfortunate so I gotta remember that they are human and I can’t hate them, just the moves they make and hope they can turn it around. I was bound over to adult system at 17 for 5-25 yrs in prison for burglary. The system ruined my life. I got out when I was 23 and been out since. I’m now 43 and can’t even get a house in my name. The system is setup for us to fail. I had a marine recruiter trying to enlist me but they sent me to prison. My life has been shit. I have kids and can barely even take care of any of them. I often feel suicidal. Felons are marked for life and I feel it’s treated even worse than racism.
I just wanna tell you that you are helping me a lot, you're an excellent example for me, your way of life, your channel and burpees, yeah burpees!!, are helping me a lot! Thank you very much!! Keep going my friend!

I feel you,bad choices has cruel consequences. Doing time really sucks,it's a mind game that many break in the system. I'm blessed I did my time and got educated,also GOD strength is what kept me going.

It is a good thing to see that you acknowledged your wrongdoing. A lot of people go to prison from what is called stinking thinking. Instead of walking away because you felt disrespected sent you to jail. A lot of people need to see and hear this. Being disrespected is not worth a bid.
Respeto. Our Journey is part of the road we took, which got us to where where we are in life today. Sometimes, we need to learn through our mistakes to see what's really important in life and who stays solid with us as we fall, and are down and out. We can learn and adjust from there, if we're smart enough.

When I was 16 I got jumped and had my nose broken and was almost killed. Prior to that I thought I was the toughest, i hung around the wrong crowd, it really humbled me and placed me back on the right path. we can leave this world way too easily and for the dumbest reason.
