So I'm in California, a farley expensive area. I'm on disability raising a teen on my own. I don't file taxes because of my income and I'm living month to month trying to provide for my child. So according to this bill I'm not going to get a cent to help us because we don't file taxes? I've had to spend my savings in this time of crisis and I'll probably fall behind. I wish Bernie was in command as I fear I'll fall off in a few months with what they're doing.
@cj Thank you. I tried to file taxes before and online or at a tax office they say I'm not eligible. The article you listed has conflicting information or maybe I'm misunderstanding it. Part says they will just send it as I get my normal payments, the next says I need to register, the third says I need to file taxes? I'm not sure maybe if I owned an arms company they'd just toss money at me. Thank you again!

I own my own business. I am the only employee/owner/president of an LLC. But even people who work for others will not get money until after they need it.
