Hi Amiett ji ,mene ye technic try ki thi when I was 17 years old and I was trying for Miss Agra Beauty contest, I participated in this contest without any prep , But start talking in the MIRROR use to say I AM SO BEAUTIFULL, I AM CONFIDENT, DEFINETLY I WELL WIN THIS CONTEST NOBODY CAN DEFEAT ME .
I did this only for a week, and I was selected , it happened in 1993.
I don't even know abt this tecnic ,but my father always us to say me this ,

In mirror technique, you should say, "YOU are...." Instead of "I am...". Mirror technique is 2nd person talking method, hence the reference should be such as though you are saying to someone else, but that someone is YOU.

I am Using this from the last 1 year.. Many a times i forgot doing this.. So to overcome this I started doing this while brushing my teeth... While brushing I say affirmations in my mind, Thn just after brushing I say verbally.
So it's just an additional tip.. Try doing this whenever you're brushing.(Morning or Night). 😊😀
