    I’ve been flirting around with the idea of getting a zoom75 but it’s so out of stock that a boog is not out of the question so this review is much appreciated. The main thing holding me back is probably its biggest selling point: the switches. Their potential utility is undeniable as you demonstrated but I’ve been using clicky switches almost exclusively and i’m well accustomed to them so the switch (no pun intended) to magnetic might be too much for me.

      It's a bit of an adjustment as someone who usually swears by tactile switches. I'm loving the smoothness of these, but it took me a minute to come around. I think it helps that they have a lot of travel, like 4mm.

    can you use the F13 and f14 slot and place the zoom75 LCD screen instead of keys? I hope we can mod the boog75 w/ LCD screen like the zoom75

    How does a coiled cable save desk space?

    • @SilverSeraphym
      @SilverSeraphym  7 месяцев назад

      Really, the idea is that a straight cable may gather on your desk and behind your monitor, or behind the desk. But it all depends on how you have your cables ran/PC placed. For me, it means less cable lying across my desk. Your mileage may vary etc.

      @@SilverSeraphym How is it less cable laying on your desk when there's a meter of coiled cable there

      @@whitchellegera291 What he means is if for example your computer is on the table the coiled cable will take up less real estate as it's neatly coiled instead of laying all over your table.
