Very nice content on your channel. I must have joined after some changes. I get 150 tokens instead of 250 and there is no "steps". Also a few of my images were on the "Recent Creations" feed but were removed after a couple days. Creations by other people seem to stay on all the time. I guess you now need to be subscribing to be on the feed. BTW, I can see your style and can pick out your creations when I see them.
Yes - sorry. Leonardo changed this after the video came out. I've not had my creations disappear. I still find old ones that I created when I first joined. Are you looking in the Personal Feed?
@@MakingPhoto Thanks for your reply. My personal feed is fine. When I first joined a couple images of mine were on the site feed but are now gone. I thought they may have change that so only subscribers' images would show up. I assumed you were subscribing.
@@martingillette7613 No, I haven't subscribed. I started before they had a subscription model and am able to spread my work over multiple days so I haven't really run into a problem with the free tokens.
Step count is available when you change the scheduler. You can find it just above controlnet. This is a paid feature. Trending images are dependant on followers and likes. Yours likely were moved further down. This is dependant on popularity as opposed to a paid feature... Cheers!
I made Leonardo my primary platform for art. Even on my phone, it's insane the capabilities it has, especially for character creation or even just playing around, LAI is next level.
I'm frankly underwhelmed. It is awesome for generating variants of digital art for which there is already a ton of online, but ask it to do something truly original and it fails. Like i mean it is great for doing anything realistic, anything expected, anything known, but as an artist it isn't going to be of any use to me.
They need to add a private mode option... as a concept creator, it's important to have for-clients-eyes-only capability. Also, there have been massive changes recently which feel clunky, imho. Buy it's a solid tool with tons of potential.
Sadly they have changed quite a bit just yesterday. Now 150 credits instead of 250. Generating an image is taking more credits on average. Before you could generate 2 images for just 1 credit but now it will never be cheaper than 1 image per 1 credit. Now upscaling goes for 10 credits each instead of being free of charge but limited to only 25 uses a day.
Still more generous than others! and don't forget they cannot stay that way forever! the project cost them a lot of money and they need to move forward!
Step counter is still there, you need to pick a different scheduler (noise generator at the bottom). The only scheduler that removes the step counter is "Leonardo"
Hi, Leonardo's new model 'Dream Shaper V5' generates stunning high-quality characters (especially female portraits). I'm trying to find a marketplace to sell some of my best generations. Do you create AIart exclusively for fun and personal use?
Leonardo is good but I think Blue Willow is going to the Midjourney killer. BW more similar like MJ and it's completely free. Also Blue Willow quality of the images is also remarkable. What's your thought about BW?
I think it's safe to say that most Midjourney creations are more polished looking, but the Leonardo experience seems to have more potential to create something stunning, especially based on training models, so it's going to depend a lot on how the AI is going to be used by the artist.
Hi,can you specify how to use the trained model step by step?I would like to use same face for one and other style but some how I got confused. For example I would like to apply the trained model faces on a cartoon style character but it doesnt seem to work. Thanks!
OK, Sam. I made you a short on how to train a model in Leonardo. I used my Midjourney avatars as the images. ruclips.net/user/shortsUFIyN-tw4vE?feature=share The short goes by fast, but follow the steps in the description. Enjoy!
Great video, i have been playing with Leonardo, blue willow and midjourney. Leonardo gives me great character design but it always comes with a dark, black, background. How do I solve that? Blue willow it's simple but doesn't really give me a great quality. Midjourney is great but 200 images per month won't cut it, however i can't afford to pay more at the moment. Also, how do I add my own images to enhance them with either?
Are you using the Leonardo Diffusion model? This always gives me a very dark, moody result. The Leo models are all tuned to different styles. You can ask for high key or bright images, but I'm not sure that will override the basic style of the model. You can try the characters in the other Leo models, you'll get a very different look. Yes, you can add your own images. I have a few videos about using images. Most recent ruclips.net/video/OYVFZ3z8V2g/видео.html
It's great. A month after you posted this and the content moderation is pretty evasive, which is oddly annoying. Not that I'm particularly interested in NSFW image generation.. it's just I hit the wall one time and then began exploring the limitations to get a better understanding of the model's. For the most part there are still work-arounds for most restrictions but I can see those being patched soon. I can see this becoming more and more of a problem as the platform becomes increasingly restrictive over time. So basically, get all your nudes and NSFW rendered as soon as possible before they nurf it into the ground.
This is a problem with all the AI generators. They "generate" or change things. I have a video on a formula that sort of works in Midjourney. You could try something similar in Leo. ruclips.net/video/jdFo-QDhBl0/видео.html
I see what you mean. I ran a few prompts. It was slightly better if I added context and details about the animal (color, specific type). But I got a lot of deformities.
Can someone tell me how to disable Image2Image. I clicked on it,a nd now every image I generate is based on the last Image2Image picture I clicked that tool on. I can override it but not turn it off and clear it. I just want it turned off and cleared so I can go back to random image generation, not based on whatever image I clicked the Image2Image button on...
I'm not sure what you mean by "work on". You can use pngs with transparent backgrounds as image prompts, but it won't generate an image with a transparent background.
@@themmamensch Leo AI doesn't remove backgrounds, but a lot of the free photo editing software does. I do it in Photoshop with one click, but try Snapseed.

This is a great idea! Most of the AI are so young that the images are pretty public. But MJ has stealth mode and you can create locally with SD.
They offer a private mode, but you need to upgrade to one of their subscription plans unfortunately.
This is the best video on Leonardo AI I have come across so far. Well done.
Wow, thanks!
I agree. Congrats on a good job @Making the Photo
I love Leonardo. Once you figure it out it is very easy to use.
Yes! I can get good results in Leonardo AI. I especially love the Diffusion style.
I tested it today (June 30, 2023) and was able to make amazing abstract art using the prompts.
1: lightning ball
2. Splash
Love the splash prompt! I haven't used "lightening ball"! Thanks for the suggestion.
