The development of this case is scary. This always happens in real life to. Exposed abusers always use the same social skills that they used to manipulate the victim in the worst place to manipulate everyone around the victim and they often succeed. He wants to turn the narrative around and portray himself as the victim and then he wants to use common peoples trust against them. This also helps to silence and scare the victims because now he is getting the support and they are beeing questioned and portrayed as suspicious liars and criminal. I have seen this many times and also experienced it, but to watch this man do it to the whole world even when it exists video footage of him bragging about his trafficking skills and treated as a hero for it is disgusting and uncomfortable.

Criminal Code Art 210 defines 32 variants of human trafficking. Recruitment with deceit is one of them.
On April 21, 2020, Andrew posted a video: "I have 8 girls. This month they produced $511,000. I give them a couple thousands each. Rest is mine."
No girl earned $10,000 a month, let alone in a day. One day one girl managed to earn $3 (three!).
Bank statements is the only evidence needed in the trafficking case to convict Tates.

Brilliant interview and totally agree that just because it isn’t reported at the time doesn’t mean it didn’t happen. Vulnerable people in particular often have so much going on they can’t mentally handle any more in their life so are scared to report for fear of taking more on and going past their breaking point (due to lack of support etc). It’s not until they have support or processed things that sometimes they come forward. This shows lack of proper support to get people to come forward at the time (men, women or children who have been subjected to abuse)

As a lawyer you undertake an oath, under threat of disbarment, and so are told not to lie, and if they believe they're client is guilty they must say. Barristers common practice is for his or her clients to not tell them of any incriminating aspects, so they can advocate for them without risk, and therefore believe what they are advocating. He is therefore merely using his oath as precedent to why he will be honest in this interview as he believes his clients. After all what do you class as a lie, a person who says something false while believing it to be true, or a person who says something false while knowing it to be false?

Lets say the answer is yes (which I don't believe it is) How long will those extradition hearings and appeals take and who's funding those?
Lets just for arguements sake suggest these "claims" may never be heard in court. Yet they crowd funded. This lawyer gets paid very handsomely, yet never gets the Tates in court. He upheld his oath and never lied in court by default yet took a load of money in the process.....

No you can't be extradited for a civil case and the Tates are not. They're being extradited for a criminal case. This lawyer is representing victims for a civil case in the UK. There is now a criminal case in the UK which does not involve him or any of the victims he's representing. The criminal case has nothing to do with the civil case.
Also this lawyer is not working for profit. The crowd funding is to cover other costs like all the various filing fees from the court and the costs to bring in expert witnesses and what not.

The 2 other girls in the criminal case are the 2 girls in the Romanian indictment that were transported from Britain to Romania. 21 girls made criminal complaints although not listed in the warrant.
It's a new criminal case with 21 new women.

It takes time to gather evidence , more often evidence means someone must be act like a whistle blower / witness and the prosecuting authorities can’t risk people / public intimidating potential witnesses or interfering with the case . Let’s not be ignorant on this .

DIICOT identified seven victims. Five of them have statements against the brothers.
Two of them, the two Andrew transported to Dubai where they remain with Luke, said they are not victims.
Four more victims in the UK are suing Andrew.
There’s a new criminal case in the UK with at least 3 new victims.
Romania is bringing new charges for even more crimes, which have more victims.

The other 2 girls are British citizens so are not new victims, but the British police are treating them as trafficked from Britain. That leaves Emma G, who is a US serial victim, and another anon. The 3 girls in the “new case” are 1 girl who already had claims dismissed by crown prosecution service and two Uk citizens transported to Romania involved in that current case and the rest of the civil cases are girls who they worked with in the Uk who gave previous testimonies to police that prevent them from claiming they were trafficked.

Hence, tbe "threath to public" in the decision.
Andrew is currently being investigated for witness intimidation.
Iasmina and Beatrice were competing for Andrew's #1 girlfriend spot. When he was displeased with one of them and slapped her, the other was happy.

Lawyer's duty is to represent his client. Lawyer can believe what his client tells him being truthful.
But if the client admits his guilt to the lawyer, then the lawyer can not tell in court that the client is innocent. He has no choice but to recuse himself from the case.
