I wish that I could take down every video on this case because all the information they present about the crime is false. I did a paper on it after the channel ‘this is MONSTERS’ actually interviewed Ryan’s dad about everything. Richie was never Ryan’s roommate. Richie was the previous owner of the house. When Ryan moved in, Richie was there claiming that he forgot something. He went into the house and saw Ryan’s guitar collection and electronics. This gave him the idea to rob the house. He did that with his dad and some of Ryan’s possessions that they sold have never been located. This crime took place on Christmas Day even though police tried to hide it. The police wanted to make it seem like Ryan hadn’t had the amount of brain damage he did because of their horrible awareness. Police had Ryan sitting for 6 hours with no treatment while the bullet in his brain was causing damage. It is a sad case all over because police didn’t save a life while it was in their hands and police managed to spread so much misinformation knowing that the families of Heather and Ryan couldn’t say much without a proper outlet.

Bro I don’t expect Rage to understand frontal lobe damage and the symptoms that arise from it but how tf did the detective not piece it together through mixing up ages by yearsss, names, locations, and the fact he gotta GUNSHOT ENTRANCE IN HIS NOSE. The bullet or whatever hit him clearly would’ve entered the nose and either bounced around inside his nasal cavity by impacting his skull but not breaking through caused severe blunt force trauma to the skull which then effected the brain via damage orrr it punctured the skull and lodged into his brain and was causing swelling and obviously damage. The frontal lobe is where memory, emotion, and communication is stored so it’d ofc impact remembering things like dates and names and it’d make sense why he’d go from calm, to anxious, to frustrated, and back to calm so many times. The asking to go to sleep is something everyone suffering blood loss and concussions always says, like you don’t need to be a doctor to have basic anatomy knowledge and understanding of how damage can effect the anatomy nigga I’m fresh outta high school piecing it all together and this detective can’t figure anyyy of this out? I get suspecting the boyfriend but he gotta fucking bullet hole in his nose wtf? Atleast check that out, there’s been literally hundreds if not thousands of cases where a bullet has either entered the face and lodged but didn’t break the skull and the person survived (with brain damage and general memory issues as well as being unaware of the lodged bullet) and cases where the bullet actually lodged INSIDE the brain tissue and the person lived (some live for years and others only a couple weeks but still they survived) this is ridiculous nobody could figure this case out especially after talking with the man and HEARING the symptoms, it’s not like symptoms that you have to test for like pain or rashes in discrete places these are psychological symptoms that you can figure out in a 10 minute analysis let alone an entire interrogation 🤦🏽♂️

I knew he was telling the truth when he said he was shot in the eye after the detective had asked him why a chunk of his nose was missing. I mean eventuality the detective got it but fvck it took him too long to put the pieces together.
i’ve seen this case before a while ago, but watching it back again fully, you can tell he’s extra telling the truth because of how fast he said no when the detective asked if he shot heather. he’s keeled over the table somewhat rolling around in pain and visible discomfort. he’s literally dying, and with the effects of having a bullet or multiple in his head, yet his body language and response/time shows he’s trying to get through the interrogation as cohesively as his tbi can let him… because he’s in excruciating pain and trying to tell them. it’s just so hard to watch chat because it was worse than i expected going in. he’s so obviously in need of medical attention from the start, because they hadn’t even taken his headshots til during the interrogation. if they’d deemed him in need of immediate help, they would’ve gotten him fully cleared and interrogated after-but that’s where the diagnosis of the possible tbi had come from. mind you, ems probably did not seriously do their job this time because panda-like bruising around the eye(s) like that can come from a nose job… let alone being shot in the fucking face. how could they think this was just a tbi?? this is all infuriating from the case itself to both rage and chat’s reaction.

I don’t understand how the cops continue on without even checking on him before the interrogation starts. The first 5 mins was enough to know the kid was not right at all, insane to me how the cops were not fired for this “accident” poorly treated in so many ways.
cops have too much protection for misconduct definitely. many emergency personnel like lifeguards EMS operate with no qualified immunity. If qualified immunity is letting officers get away with negligence like this than it should be looked at. In my state the police do have qualified immunity but when they do stuff like this they usually go to prison (NJ).

If his face is all messed up and bruised and from the way he's acting I would think he has a pretty bad concussion and would have had a medical professional look at him.
There are pretty quick ways to tell if somebody has a concussion, first and foremost is if their eye doesn't dilate properly when you shine light directly at it. It's not foolproof but an EMT or doctor could look for some other warning signs right away.
If he does gdt arrested and is later found to have had a concussion while he was being questioned than nothing he is telling the detectives is going to be advisable by the court anyhow.
