Probably not honestly, most Asian parents arnt super open minded and ASMR is very new and different. But hopefully they are!

my first asmr was in school where discovered i was lulled into a heart tingling hyper relaxed state by someone turning book page. Didn't know it had a name, or that any one else except me was affected. Didn't know ASMR existed until I in the moment googled by symptoms and ASMR came up.
That's an interesting trigger.
